  2. Resolving camera scaling issues so that actors and sets appear like they're 1:1 scale. This should be easy to solve by matching scale using a reference object or using the performer as a reference.

  3. Personalizing scene dialogue and audio to get the performer to say anything that the user wants. This can be achieved with AI models/software available today.

  4. Capture intimate angles comparable to real sex (e.g. Alex Nash's Closeup Missionary and Leaning-in cowgirl shots).

  5. Casting performers that people want to see and casting them in the right scene formats (the casting director you had in 2021 was awesome at this).

      Dezyred has been such a consistent disappointment, especially because they're the only ones operating in that space at the moment.

      They got it right with their first game and then ran as far as they could in the other direction.               To me, "Sex Like Real" should be about (1) touch, (2) immersion/control, and (3) intimacy/mind games. No. 1 is already covered by funscripts (3D, 2D), 2 is VR and expanded to BYOJ so that content does not feel "robotic" and scripted + passthrough, of course, and 3 is tough.                 SLR can stand out from other western VR sites by doing/advertising these:

                • SLRO: Longer scenes with story. SLRO is the only studio still routinely (albeit somewhat a decreased frequency) release 1h+ long scenes. Vanilla scenes = better to watch 2D porn. Good pairing of actresses which SLRO is doing quite well already.

                • Related to above, storylines/series of scenes. Even better if subscribers can have a say in it. Like a proper version of Dezyred. SLRO's Getaway series, Blake's Magazine and Modern Relationship (and hopefully the Euro series by Nash later this year) are good starting points.

                • Nail intimacy, try out different things. Body worship, spit exchange, face/ear licking, caressing, (post-orgasm) cuddling. These are intimate, immersive things that are surprisingly not seen in western VR porn frequently.

                • Allow more user-suggested scenes. Not saying every scene should be that but at least give us subscribers a bit of say.

                • The SLR website is good but please get rid of the "beta" warning whenever I try to access it. More timely presentation of previews and upcoming scenes (right now it is good, 5 on the queue with some much-anticipated Euro scenes later this month). There should be a large banner on the main SLRO website to show off the latest scenes (like in VRB).

                  doublevr to me, that happens because there are a TON of content creators out there. From a thousand, if only one gets big and innovates, the platform will improve overall.

                  I don't know if there's a barrier to entry, like equipment for VR, or creators not knowing that they can script their vids for sex toys, IDK, but there's got to be something you guys could do to drive fresh, amateur GIRLS (not the standard producer) to put content and interact with the community.

                        Man, what a tough thing to try and solve. Having experienced the coming and going of the 3D "fad" many years ago, it's definitely hard to be objective without drawing from past experience. VR is still widely considered a niche, and of course VR porn would then be a niche within a niche in my opinion. It's going to be hard to attempt to grow the overall VR user base when you are merely a niche within a niche. It's not impossible but it will definitely be like swimming against the current.
                        I would focus on growing your niche within the niche you belong in first, general VR users. Estimates for 2023 show that there are roughly 60 million headsets out in the wild.

                        What is your current penetration of that market? (pardon the pun)
                        Obviously not all 60 million may be active, a lot of people probably own multiple headsets, regardless, at best you have 60 million potential VR users at worst, a lot less, for the sake of argument I would say that it can be as low as 30-40 million individual owners, some having multiple headsets.
                        How many subscribers do you currently have? Are you in the thousands, tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, millions? I have no idea and perhaps you have already shared some of this insight before, but if I were to guess, I would say probably tens of thousands? Maybe over 100k users?
                        Unless I am grossly underestimating the number of users you have then that would be a very low "penetration" of the overall VR user base. Also, a lot of users may be underage, how many? Hard to tell, I found a survey from 2022 that said 17% of users under 18 years of age owned a VR headset and at least 1/4 of tweens had at least tried VR out. The actual numbers could be very different, I personally think more than 20% of total VR users are under 18, specially since Meta lowered the age requirement from 13 to 10, I think they are trying to grow their long term userbase sooner by allowing younger children to come into their eco system.
                        Anyways, my point is that I highly doubt you have saturated the total adult VR userbase, even if half the projected VR users were to be underage, that would still be anywhere from 15-30 million potential adult VR users (estimates based on my previous estimates above) So unless you tell us that you do have several million active subscribers I would say your main focus is to target more adult VR users because you have not saturated the market enough to try and move on to bigger and more innovative things.
                        I love your innovations and strides to further the tech, but realize that your are digging yourself further and further into deeper niches that only your already existing user base will be aware of and appreciate, like those of us who are huge fans of your PT developments over the past couple of months. It's a super niche audience.

                        I personally don't even remember how i even stumbled upon your website and I have been consuming porn for a long time and have been using VR since the oculus DK1 days, I personally think you need to work on your marketing and target more active adult VR users. Sure some will simply not be interested in porn but some will, I dont know what type of conversion is considered successful in porn or VR porn for that matter, but if you can at least convert 5-10% of your targeted audience, it should be a win. I would strongly recommend focusing on using social media and clever content creators to help drive more users using an affiliate program. OnlyFan models do it all the time and seem to be quite successful at it, I cant tell you how many times I have come across a beautiful girl on tiktok doing some eye catching content only to realize she was just marketing herself on the platform and by the number of followers their tiktok accounts I had, I can only imagine how many users they were gaining with that strategy even if their conversion was only in the 5-10%. I personally never come across any advertisement for your site anywhere online, maybe im not your typical user but I would never know about your service. The closest thing I would probably come across as a regular VR user would be your DeoVR app and even then, I would have no idea the company is tied to SLR in any way.

                        So that would be my biggest recommendation.

                        Seriously, you guys should experiment with the content structure a little more, do non POV VR stuff, lean a little more on the creativity side, experiment with that not jus the tech. VR porn seems very rigid and structured right now.

                        Imagine if you had Belle Delphine and let her make some creative decisions on the shoot, so it's not just a POV fuck, but give her some free reign to do some of her lunacy in a non POV format but shot in VR, giving us the experience of being a floating head around her and up-close as she interacts with us and herself. Then you can also shoot your POV scene, but I would personally probably enjoy the other stuff more. It's like the old saying that people would rather watch great content on lower resolution than shit content on the highest resolution. It's all about the content and engagement and right now the engagement part of VR Porn is very stiff in my opinion (pardon the pun) Very repetitive and the only variance really is just what model it's this time all the positions and sequence of events are pretty much always recycled.

                        Get someone truly entertaining and engaging and with a following and give them some creative freedom along with your standard sex scene before or after and I bet you will have a winner.

                          I think I found Sex Like Real after I discovered VR porn on the Quest 1 which lead me to the Handy and the Handy listed SLR as one of their primary partners .

                          I think the biggest way to increase interest in SLR would be to add Previews that people unfamiliar with VR Porn can stumble upon . Is it possible to put video intros that have pretty girls clothed and leading up to the sex On Youtube or another website ? is it possible To post A weekly free video that anyone can access here on SLR ?
