With all respect, I have to raise this issue up again... I know one thread has already been closed.
There is really problems that must been fixed. As a customer this really sucks. :/
My last download limit expired on October 7th about 03:00 AM (my local time)... I wrote it down, that's why I know it.
So my next new 144 hours (6 days) should start tomorrow October 13th about 03:00 AM (local time).
Well... Now it is October 12th and time is about 06:22 PM (local time)... so there should be about 8 hours and 28 minutes when new time window starts...
BUT BIG SURPRISE:
When I started to download my 28th video I got text:
"You have 3 downloads remaining... Your full allocation of 30 download becomes available again in 2 DAYS - 8 HOURS - 28 MINUTES"
That's not 144 hours (6 days). It's 192 hours (8 days). 🙁(
There should be a timer on the pages anyway which is visible all the time. Not only when last 3 downloads are left.
I tried to bring my opinion of these download limits in earlier discussion.
Because I'm not always in the area of a faster internet connection, my only way is to use download files.
I think I'm not only one.
I have been a customer of SLR since the beginning and proud of it...
I have been satisfied, but now this has become difficult...
Please, try to come up with compromises for download limits. 🙂
