  • "Unsupported Format" on all videos

Kieshi Every video I have tried on DeoVR while logged in has failed to load. I tired watching on HeresSphere, but most functions of the website are broken. I cannot open favorites or watch later, passthrough does not work, there are no timestamps on the videos. Meta Browser is even worse as there is no way to change the video tilt.

      Just renewd my subscription 2 days ago. Cant watch any videos on quest 3. Just says unsupported format…

        sedit1 could you please repeat your actions and when you see unsupported format - go to global settings and send bug report. Thank you

            sedit1 were did you get app version 13.18? Please install latest version from the store if you are using Quest 3

                Two days ago when problem started I uninstalled the app and installed again from store

                  Now it is working, thank you! Maybe it was left on beta channel by accident (I remember testing it when there was some suggested PT improvements months ago)

                      Lets sum it up. Deovr still can stream video and supports quest1 is writed on app page. But new reinstall application in Q1 get only version 13.12.4 which SLR is stop to support. So... I think quest 2 owners must be ready to be kicked from here. Possible in version 15 ))

                        Bulkin Quest 1 is not supported by Meta
                        Quest 2 is perfectly supported.

                          Same issue with quest 3... frustrated

                            hales do you have the latest version of DeoVR installed? Are there any specific videos affected by this or is it all videos?

                              I have been using the iOS app for more than 4 years. Will you be able to make it like it was, or will the problem remain unresolved and I’d better cancel the subscription?

                                Sudzume we expect a dedicated iOS app early next year. For time being WebXR in up to date Safari browser should work just fine.

                                What exactly is your iPhone use case?

                                            Sudzume these were deprecated long time ago by the vendors. it was surprisingly that SLR was still working there until it's not. not much we can do

                                                doublevr Are you trying to fix this problem or should we cancel our subscriptions? I remind you of the solution again for you: Revert the SLR or DeoVR to the state it was 4 days ago and all problems will be solved.
