@CraveDastry Probably already verified, but can you check the video is playing using H265 encoding and not 264?
It might be hard to troubleshoot. Your headset (bigscreen beyond) is not super common, and most folks here won't be familiar with it. It might help to get an idea of your overall hardware setup.
It sounds like you're using a PC connection to play the content. Can you provide details on your PC specs?
- GPU specs.
- Does your machine have multiple GPU's (especially dedicated card + integrated gpu)?
- While running a video, what does the GPU utilization look like in performance monitor?
- While running a video, CPU utilization of DeoVR and the orchestrator process (ex SteamVR or what you are using instead).
- Type of cable you are using for connecting to your PC. If USB, check the usb port version that you are plugging into. Also note if you are using any hubs/adapters.
