doublevr I’m not asking for any of this. I’m just asking SLR to not give him a channel, simple. It’s a bad look. I like SLR. I want it to be a company with a good reputation that models want to shoot for.
In regard to the so-called “canceling” him, is that not what he tried to do to those models that didn’t like the way they were treated? He tried to discredit them and paint them as being hard to work with. He may not have directly said that, but he certainly created an environment where that is what they were afraid of. They were worried of being cancelled from the industry for something that was forced upon them.
So, I don’t want to see a leader in the VR industry making his barrier to reentry into the industry easier. Imo, there is too much risk to your reputation at stake. If he wants back in, let him start from scratch. That’s not canceling him, that’s protecting your brand.
Vrsumo2017 It should ultimately be the model’s choice. So, no, I don’t hold it against them at all.
If a hot model chooses to shoot for him, would I watch it? Yes, honestly, if she was hot AF AND she was comfortable shooting for him knowing who he is.

"Cancel culture" is a bullshit term made up by people who don't like accepting consequences for their actions. Don't want to be "cancelled?" Don't be a dirtbag. And if you sincerely make a mistake, learn from it, atone for it, and make amends for it. Calling the company that fired you weak and the talent that you abused whores is NOT any of those things, so he obviously hasn't learned his lesson.
If you had a child or a parent who reported that someone in a position of trust abused them in the way that Jimmy abused these actresses, would you want them to not have access to people like your loved ones again, or would you be ranting about "cancel culture"?
Vrsumo2017 While you do raise a good point, i feel like the situation just can't be looked at the same way. The girls who still choose to work with him aren't in a position of power and they aren't abusing anyone, they are either girls that are ok with a rando director getting handsy with them or maybe they have bills to pay and they can't afford to say no to the job even if it's with a risky director.

Vrsumo2017 I know a lot are huge fans of melody marks, she's obviously supporting him and working with him, so do this mean she goes on their no fap list, is she canceled, are they gonna go to these hotties that film with him and say they no longer support them.

1) Girls have no reason to be "cancelled" when Jimmy is the predator. Girls who don't have a problem working with Jimmy right now may ultimately learn the hard way when Jimmy inevitably attempts some sleezy shit that crosses the line, as Alex Coal and the other victims already found out.
2) The fact that Jimmy's content is on multiple sites means absolutely nothing. All his VR content was produced under contract for Wankz and he isn't profiting off that content now. Cancelling a sub to one of the sites that host his historical content does nothing to prevent him from preying on girls in future.
3) Jimmy hasn't worked for anyone other than Wankz. His original VR content has only been produced for WankzVR and sister sites.

Vrsumo2017 Look, people still watch Pulp Fiction even though Weistein produced it, no one who worked with him has been cancelled for that reason, even though some / most were aware of his reputation for years. Actors and especially models need money and you absolutely cannot say that just because a producer has been able to hire talent they are therefore reputable or the environment is safe. Putting the onus on the performer to make the right / smart decision is placing responsibility in entirely the wrong place.

Wendigo What you're saying is rational. However, not sure I was "ranting" about cancel culture. Just trying to look at all sides and form an opinion. The only conclusion I have come to is only the performers and studios should decide whether this guy comes back to the industry. Curious to see what backlash from stars and studios comes to SLR if they provide Jimmy a platform. I can either just sub or not sub I suppose. I think the community here has more than adequately voiced their concerns.
ill add my comment. just dont give him a platform. people dont want his material. its not worth the risk to your reputation and there are other sites people can move to if they disapprove. your customer base is your biggest asset, not jimmy. you will grow without him, you risk growth with him. simple.

Look it’s 330am I was about to go to sleep and then I stumbled upon this post. I’ve purchased dozens of videos and would have bought a subscription a long time ago but thought, you know what? I want to support SLR for years to come not just pay a lump sum and get my moneys worth from nightly usage. Heck, I even was planning on applying to work at SLR. And you know what I always preach that y’all are the best in VR porn to my friend groups that are tight like that.
But after seeing THIS absolutely abhorrent response to this incident. It’s sad and it’s infuriating. Women in this industry go through so much SA and harassment from the public and sometimes even fans, there was a recent sad death that was tied to the industry because of EXACTLY this kind of behavior that is frankly inexcusable. Y’all will end up like Nijisanji if you don’t change your act immediately.
I will not mince words, I will NOT be purchasing any further videos I will NOT be recommending you as a service I will take EVERY OPPORTUNITY to badmouth discredit and insult this platform if you do not take immediate action. You must take women seriously especially performers that give everything and are risking the most only for you toss them aside like a used condom.
