I’ve been a manager for over a decade. I know all too well how customer/employee drama/complaints can sap the life out of you over time, especially if there’s nothing you can really do about the criticisms or the bigger picture is more complicated. But this is just weirdly personal. It would be like if I put up a bulletin board at my job with a list of customers I don’t like. Really weird thing to do and would likely lead my employees to question my leadership/mental well-being. You guys are free to do things however you like, of course…I just think this comes across in bad taste and unprofessional, and I don’t even agree with most of the criticisms that have been made about this site.

doublevr l always support you and slr because you keep making innovations . The 200°，high-bitrate , high-fps,ai passthrough, ai scripts and so many other aspects is making us more confident in this industry as no one does it before, l am really afraid you lose the enthusiasms and confidence. l can not put it completely because of my english , l never complain about your stratagy, they are all best. l hope other guys don't screw things up, there is no substitute for slr... we' ve become friends after so many discussions so just be confident and kind..

l have been here for two years with different names, l think somebody is really mean here , when doublevr come up with some new ideas and post it here ,they keep making sarcasm and be pessimistic. l have to think they come from other compititors
It spent me half an hour to spell this words to support what l support.
I wouldn't say SLR is doing it wrong but I think it is understandable given the past month's releases that people might be worried about the trajectory for SLRO. It seems it's getting a bit "Wankz-sy".
Some scenes in 2023 were very good. Modern Relationship is a highlight (top 3 VR scenes of all time IMO), but that was shot by @vrfanservice who apparently stopped producing for SLRO. The Blake scenes by Nash were very cool and I am a big fan of multipart scenes. The Mile High Club though was very innovative but by no means a masterpiece, it was sadly ruined by technical issues.
Other than that there's a decline in the number of Raw Taboo scenes/scenes of a taboo nature, barely any new "immersive methods", like spit-exchange, oral creampies, squirt (that some of us have been begging for ages) in JAV. I also notice there are less 1h+ "grand" FFM scenes (almost all of the scenes the past month are around 50mins, last decent one being the Jill+Lexi FFM a month ago). Less (if any) user suggested scenes (notably it was me and LordCrash who came up with the idea of Modern Relationship, and just look at the racuous reception of it).
So yes I and probably some others are getting a bit worried. I would defo prefer SLRO going for quality over quantity instead of the other way round which I feel is what it's trying to do these days.

In all seriousness, i for one have enjoyed alot of the SLR scenes. Only recently did i suggest to allow an actress to at least for a minute show off her body in her outfit , since the Sunderland scene at the start just felt rushed to remove her clothes and just awkward for me. The other kind of annoyance would be when editting makes weird transition cuts between sex positions which i dislike but i havent found any in the videos i like so far. but yea i think the Cosplay you guys have done are amazing and should make yourselves a SLRCosplayOriginals. Haha just thought of a funny name , Toonami —> Poonami

One thing that stood out about slr is there location, I can go to most vr sites and find the same location being used as a set, but slro...their location be unique. But huh yeah locations

Vrsumo2017 yea it was just an awkward intro for me and im one of those that rarely would conplain about an intro. it was like going from missionary to randomly already riding without at least letting us experience the penetration i to the actress :/ does that make sense? but it didnt kill the scene whatsoever, it was just a very minor thing . Still wanted to see the outfit she was wearing. it looked really nice lol
Also to add, the communication of upcoming scenes is much worse now than a few months ago. Back then they would put up the upcoming releases as a list, as well as previews to really make us have something to look forward to. We now frequently have to ask for the upcoming scene list. It is quite hard to determine this based on who got tagged "booked" on the forums (and even then that doesn't mean the shooting will take place as some models cancel). Previews are also hard to come by.
Rustam1990 Previews are also hard to come by.
Lately, it seems that social media (Twitter) is a better source for previews than this forum.
I agree that the SLRO upcoming scenes is a bit neglected and it seems like it is only populated if someone happens to have time to do so. But I can remember an announcement that there is going to be a fundamental change coming anyway.

Ways to improve
Casting. The women of recent films don't look human, and this is supposed to be sexlikereal. Pay a little extra and get women directly from BackroomCastingCouch, or FTVGirls. Because some of these women don't have fine acting skills, use that digital voice you used to use to ask them questions.
More BTS in VR180. I don't think I'm the only one who appreciates VR porn as entertainment. It's entertaining to see a naked woman talking to the camera and showing herself off in just regular, unfake activities.
Costuming and make-up. Begin the scenes with your model fully clothed, and end them with her totally naked. Bad lingerie, 3-inch pumps, and 1 inch lashes, shouldn't be the standard for every film. (Tattoos and fakies, while fine in regular porn, look terrible in VR.)
Focus on the actress as much as the fantasy. For what you paid to charter that private jet you could have paid to do everything with one model. You could have arranged a show-off interview, a toys scene, a lez, scene, a bathroom scene, and just about every fetish possible with one model. Over a week you could release daily parts of the scene, like 20 min or every position imaginable. Use the CGC method: closeups, groping, creampie. It works in JAV!
Narrative. At least five minutes of content before the sex starts. Those of us not interested in the foreplay have the option to skip ahead.
You are shooting with Myra Glasford in early August. Take a cue from Rob at FTV. Watch his videos and just repeat them in VR180, because as a VR company you can derive content through remediation, by re-doing in VR earlier, successful scenes.

Well, I don't know too many extraterrestrial or android women, so I might be wrong, but in the recent SLRO videos, there seemed to be a surpringly high percentage of girls with natural appearances. Do you mean they don't look like what you would call your average neighbourhood girl? I think even this would not be true when looking at the last 30 SLRO productions. And with Venus Vixen and Angel Windell you even had your FTVGirls.
