doublevr if you are not up for feedback why have a forum. Think they are quite critical as we see the overall focus shifting from quality to quantity and experimentation on all levels.

      doublevr I 100% agree with you.

      In the end, if you provide feedback but do not feel heared or that your feedback is taken into consideration then you often get frustrated or you leave. I thoroughly believe you don't want either of those.

      Therefore I would like to suggest some minor improvements:

      • Be more transparant on roadmap, timelines and upcoming content.
      • Try to answer all threads and close some if not most of them. Rather have a NO than not hearing anything.
      • Suggestions for models and scenarios should be channeled a bit more. If model is not available, not going to happen than communicate and close the thread.
      • Overall more communication and transparancy is key. Not hearing anything makes people frustrated, you rather hear that it ain't gonna happen for now.

        Rakly3 Some stuff we simply can't answer. I sometimes wish @doublevr would make things less public even. But he's the boss, so .

        I know I would if I were in his shoes. He must be a pain to work for. He seems insufferable sometimes 😉

        That said, I think overall it's awesome that there is so much interaction and open communication between management and users on this forum. I've never seen anything like it on a porn site.

        Hell, I've seen non-porn sites shut down comments and forums because the people running the show couldn't stand the heat from negative comments.

        So kudos to the SLR team and @doublevr for continuing to interact and listening to complaints and compliments.

          I'm not sure what's worse - the VRBangers method where they just delete entire threads and ban anyone that rightfully points out their scummy business practices or... whatever this is.

          If customers are frustrated with the product and you think they complain too much, I'm not sure how many of them are going to leap at the chance to post in a thread you made specifically because you're tired of being criticized. This is basically saying "put it all here so I don't have to see it". It reads like someone having a tantrum. And you're in charge of all of this?

          If you're seeing the same complaints over and over, maybe, I don't know, do something about it? Or at least improve communication? Or just have thicker skin?

            I’ve been a manager for over a decade. I know all too well how customer/employee drama/complaints can sap the life out of you over time, especially if there’s nothing you can really do about the criticisms or the bigger picture is more complicated. But this is just weirdly personal. It would be like if I put up a bulletin board at my job with a list of customers I don’t like. Really weird thing to do and would likely lead my employees to question my leadership/mental well-being. You guys are free to do things however you like, of course…I just think this comes across in bad taste and unprofessional, and I don’t even agree with most of the criticisms that have been made about this site.

            petergriff all the critics are welcome. Just don't turn it into spam. That's it. If you someone can't figure it out and posts the same thing all over the place again and again it is going to be removed from everywhere.

            Yet this thread is welcome for all the unlimited frustration and negativity.

                doublevr l always support you and slr because you keep making innovations . The 200°，high-bitrate , high-fps,ai passthrough, ai scripts and so many other aspects is making us more confident in this industry as no one does it before, l am really afraid you lose the enthusiasms and confidence. l can not put it completely because of my english , l never complain about your stratagy, they are all best. l hope other guys don't screw things up, there is no substitute for slr... we' ve become friends after so many discussions so just be confident and kind..

                    we don't need cristism here, we need advice . Don't say it's wrong, say how to improve it.
                    l have been here for two years with different names, l think somebody is really mean here , when doublevr come up with some new ideas and post it here ,they keep making sarcasm and be pessimistic. l have to think they come from other compititors😡

                    I wouldn't say SLR is doing it wrong but I think it is understandable given the past month's releases that people might be worried about the trajectory for SLRO. It seems it's getting a bit "Wankz-sy".

                    Some scenes in 2023 were very good. Modern Relationship is a highlight (top 3 VR scenes of all time IMO), but that was shot by @vrfanservice who apparently stopped producing for SLRO. The Blake scenes by Nash were very cool and I am a big fan of multipart scenes. The Mile High Club though was very innovative but by no means a masterpiece, it was sadly ruined by technical issues.

                    Other than that there's a decline in the number of Raw Taboo scenes/scenes of a taboo nature, barely any new "immersive methods", like spit-exchange, oral creampies, squirt (that some of us have been begging for ages) in JAV. I also notice there are less 1h+ "grand" FFM scenes (almost all of the scenes the past month are around 50mins, last decent one being the Jill+Lexi FFM a month ago). Less (if any) user suggested scenes (notably it was me and LordCrash who came up with the idea of Modern Relationship, and just look at the racuous reception of it).

                    So yes I and probably some others are getting a bit worried. I would defo prefer SLRO going for quality over quantity instead of the other way round which I feel is what it's trying to do these days.

                        In all seriousness, i for one have enjoyed alot of the SLR scenes. Only recently did i suggest to allow an actress to at least for a minute show off her body in her outfit , since the Sunderland scene at the start just felt rushed to remove her clothes and just awkward for me. The other kind of annoyance would be when editting makes weird transition cuts between sex positions which i dislike but i havent found any in the videos i like so far. but yea i think the Cosplay you guys have done are amazing and should make yourselves a SLRCosplayOriginals. Haha just thought of a funny name , Toonami —> Poonami 😏 heh

                                Why because of certain locations?

                                One thing that stood out about slr is there location, I can go to most vr sites and find the same location being used as a set, but slro...their location be unique. But huh yeah locations 🤷‍♂️
