[deleted] I agree with most what you said, but they don't have very little content. They release two videos per week - and those are real 30+ minute videos with different models and not those short videos and split productions some other studios use to create quantity. The amount of content is top tier if you compare with other major studios.

[deleted] The site is very hard to cancel, and they have very little content (in 4K, for most videos)... To cancel you must fill in feedback forms and then -- and here's where it gets tricky -- click to confirm through an almost-hidden 'final-cancellation' button.
That's not correct. They have a regular cancellation page on which you can cancel without the need to fill in any forms or whatever. It's actually pretty simple to use and a lot better than most stuff I've seen in the porn sphere elsewhere...
[deleted] Their site search shows results from across their network. If you click any video from one of their other sites they offer a 1-day trial. They don't tell you if you accept the 1-day trial that you will only be able to stream one video...
Very limited trials are usual in the porn space. Nobody should suspect that paying 1 bucks gives you access to anything substantial.
[deleted] The servers are much slower than SLR.
Also not correct in my experience. Their servers are fast and reliable and I usually download with full bandwith (gigabit connection).

LordCrash cancel without the need to fill in any forms
After you click cancel you need to fill in a form. And then it makes you think that you've cancelled but you haven't because you need to click through another page where the button is hidden as part of the image. Just because other disreputable sites do similar stuff doesn't make them any better. SLR, for example, has an interface that doesn't play mind games to trick customers.
LordCrash Very limited trials
Very limited trials are usual, but saying that you get one day of membership and actually providing only one streamed video is not. That's called telling a lie and why folks complain to credit card companies about porn sites. Credit Card companies feel the need to protect consumers from such obvious deception.
LordCrash Their servers are fast and reliable
Maybe in America but not in all parts of the world. SLR has greater global coverage.
someoneX have very little content.
I'd judge their content relative to SLR and sites like BaberoticaVR ... But maybe I should refine what I mean to 'little content really worth downloading and saving'. I'd say about 10 videos are good, so it's about a buck per video, which is fine, not spectacular. They hire fabulous models but they don't develop the fantasies with any kind of narrative - almost every scene is 'meet woman in mansion, have sex, facial.' There's very little variety and thought behind the videos, no creativity.

What I really resent is that after paying for a premium membership I don't want to be bombarded with advertisements for unnecessary and unwanted products. In fact, that's one reason I really appreciate SLR. Other than trying to sell 'scripts' SLR respects the choice of subscribers to limit their search options to videos available as part of the Premium membership. Sure, it's possible to find videos not covered by the Premium membership, but the search settings are difficult to find and can't be pressed accidentally. I'd rather have embedded product placements or fewer downloads than annoying click-bait.
Not sure what the problem is -
Badoink has hot girls
They have good videos (open to interpretation)
It is easy to cancel and when you email them, you get a quick reply (they even told me to wait to subscribe because there was a sale coming)
They have one pop-up which comes on during login, which is no different in "irritation factor" to the SLR popup which always shows up asking me if I want their newsletter etc.

Like the "Do streaming instead of downloading" pop-up I get every single time on SLR when I download a scene?
Ok...

[deleted] That's called telling a lie and why folks complain to credit card companies about porn sites.
People complain to credit card companies about porn sites because they are stupid fucked up bigots. That's the sad truth...
That's how the site actually looks like:
1 Download for free for 1 buck. What's so hard to understand about that? Nobody could claim that they thought they could stream or download the whole catalogue for just a single buck if there are regular subs for 30. That should be pretty obvious. There are FAR more deceptious porn sites out there, like e.g. Brazzers on which you can't even download stuff with a regular sub. That's bullshit. BVR is imho pretty good compared to a lot of other sites (and believe me, I knot a LOT of porn sites, probably more than most people around here).
[deleted] BUT, as I say, they have an independent processor that allows subscribers to use Vanilla Visa and Gift Cards. SLR would get a tonne more subscribers if they accepted alternative methods of payment.
for umpfth time. Our payment processors allow gift cards, it's the card issuer that blocks Epoch etc. You have to contact the card issuer to allow the payment to go through.

Different view in the members area... Nice try, though.
It is true, though, that other sites, presumably affiliated with your work, are more fraudulent. This one, for instance, offers a membership for 1-day that doesn't offer access to any decent, watchable video.
BaberoticaVR is great. I subbed to them. Completely legit, good work, no mind games.

I don't know about America, but where I live the only option is Vanilla VISA. Segpay accepts payments through Vanilla VISA. None of the other ones do. No, EPOC blocks the card, not the other way around, because it requires a postage address and since Spring 2022 the registration system for postage addresses has gone off-line.
There was a way to get around the registration until recently that involved using The Onion Rounter (TOR) and giving a fake address in the USA. For some reason, a USA address was acceptable. No other country would be able to provide an acceptable address. You can look up the problem up on Reddit, because many customers were complaining.

They also do stuff like trying to sell you videos that are already part of the subscription.
I say "your work" because I'm assuming you are LordRaznarock from Indexxx.

Where does it specify one video here? Total deceptive advertising.

That's just KYC laws the Credit Card issuers and payment providers have to abide by to do business with wherever the payment provider is registered. You can't even have a nameless phone number in many places in the EU.

I have a Vanilla Visa from before the recession and I'd love to use it with SLR. And yet I can only use it with sketchy sites like BadoinkVR etc... Maybe SLR could consider adding Segpay or some company that accepts the standard porn cards?
I have to say WetVR is the worst of the VR sites -
1 ) You get no idea of how many videos are in their catalog (their web page obscures it)
2 ) When I had my brief membership, they didnt upload much - they repeatedly missed their deadlines for "1 scene per week" or whatever it was.
In another defense of Badoink -
They do a 10/10 job with makeup and costumes. If you look at their Alyx Starr video, she looks amazing! Look at any of the other videos (including SLR) and she does not look on the same level of babehood

Try for what? I just posted a screenshot that shows how the site looks for new customers. No conspiracy to be found here...
[deleted] They also do stuff like trying to sell you videos that are already part of the subscription.
Simply not true. There are no scenes from other networks/sites on the video tab on BVR anymore.
[deleted] I say "your work" because I'm assuming you are LordRaznarock from Indexxx.
I don't know who that is but I'm pretty sure it's not me. Maybe you should stop assuming so much...

LordCrash Doesn't change the fact that they try to cheat existing customers - which is almost worse IMO.
I'm a lifetime member myself and they show me that 1 day offer every time I visit the site. You can't even subscribe to an additional subsite (18VR, etc.) without accepting that offer first. I don't fall for it and don't have the risk to extend my main subscription by accident, but they would try to do that too.
In that respect they are the worst of the bigger/Top10 VR porn sites/networks.

someoneX You can't even subscribe to an additional subsite (18VR, etc.) without accepting that offer first.
Yes, of course you can. You have to go the the respective site manually but you can. I have a sub for BVR, 18VR, KinkVR and VRCosplay with the same account and I never got a one dollar sub first...
And yes, you can be annoyed by that advertizing strategy but I don't see any cheating here. You get what you pay for.
I’m sorry but anyone who thinks $1 gets them as many downloads as they can lacks common sense. It’s called too good to be true.
