Hi every one. We are aware of the payments issues through Epoch. They are working on fixing it. Refrain from using Epoch at this time, including other websites.

UPDATE 01
All payments made will be processed automatically. Double payments will be refunded by Epoch, not us, but we will keep track on of it. If you haven't already it is still fine to send us a support ticket so we can cross check your account. Sending more than one ticket or email will not speed up the process.
If you have an invoice ID that looks like 130xxxxxxx please include it in your email. For this you can send a second email if you didn't include it the first time. Preferably from the same email address. This will in all likelihood only apply to PayPal payments unless you received an email from Epoch confirming the payment.
UPDATE 2
Purchases are being added to your account. Double payments will get refunded by Epoch. Exactly when this will be I don't know but I assume by Monday. We will follow this up.
We still have Epoch disabled as a payment method.
UPDATE 3
Every one who has contacted us through mail or help form page should have gotten a reply by now. If you haven't, please check your spam folder. If you absolutely can not find an answer try to contact us again from another email provider. It is possible our emails are blocked by some providers! If your purchase has been added to your account and you do not need any further assistance, then you don't need to send us any more mails of-course ;-)
UPDATE 4
Any one whom has not yet contacted us and needs assistance for missing payments or double payments, please let us know! Even if Epoch told you they sent a refund! Epoch already sent out refunds but clearly missed a bunch. - - If you contacted us but did not receive a reply in 24 hours, also please send us another support ticket and try with a different email provider if possible.
Include your SLR account email address or username if it's not the same as the one you are contacting us with.
UPDATE 5
Sorry for the long delay guys!
We finally have a solution and refunds will be sent out today for double subscriptions and some PPV payments. There are a handful of PPV and top-up payments we were not able to find back yet. We are still working on it! I'm personally following everything up and will email you with the status of your case.
