I mean for people who want to make a purchase/payment, to use Verotel if possible for now while the issue is being fixed.
EPOCH payment issues

All payments made will be processed automatically. Double payments will be refunded by Epoch, not us, but we will keep track on of it. If you haven't already it is still fine to send us a support ticket so we can cross check your account. Sending more than one ticket or email will not speed up the process.
If you have an invoice ID that looks like 130xxxxxxx please include it in your email. For this you can send a second email if you didn't include it the first time. Preferably sent from the same email address. This will in all likelihood only apply to PayPal payments unless you received an email from Epoch confirming the payment.

Purchases are being added to your account. Double payments will get refunded by Epoch. Exactly when this will be I don't know but I assume by Monday. We will follow this up.
Epoch is available again!
We still have Epoch disabled as a payment method.
For PayPal if the transaction is still showing as Pending will we need to sign up again or would that still be able to be processed?
We prefer not to attempt another payment as long you still have payments pending or charged and not yet added to your SLR account.

Every one who has contacted us through mail or help form page should have gotten a reply by now. If you haven't, please check your spam folder. If you absolutely can not find an answer try to contact us again from another email provider. It is possible our emails are blocked by some providers! If your purchase has been added to your account and you do not need any further assistance, then you don't need to send us any more mails of-course ;-)

Any one whom has not yet contacted us and needs assistance for missing payments or double payments, please let us know! Even if Epoch told you they sent a refund! Epoch already sent out refunds but clearly missed a bunch. - - If you contacted us but did not receive a reply in 24 hours, also please send us another support ticket and try with a different email provider if possible.
Include your SLR account email address or username if it's not the same as the one you are contacting us with.
Rakly3 so how do i purchase a subscription? If epoch is disabled.

Epoch is available again and we have no issues right now. 
Rakly3 well i tried again and still not going threw.
The bank/Card issuer is denying the payment. Sometimes it is required to ask them to allow payments to Epoch.
Rakly3 yeah, i talk to them yesterday, they said they werent excepting payments from epoch at this time but would be in 24 hours, its been 24 hours but still not working. 
Guess ima have to call again if it don't still go threw.

Vrsumo2017 Prepaid mastercard might still work, as those are issued differently. You still might have to ask the card issuer to allow. To avoid any legal issues I can't recommend you any though.
Have you tried Verotel at checkout?

Idk, thats what she told me, "mastercard not excepting "these kinda transitions" is what she said and i ask, so ur saying mastercard not excepting transactions with the company epoch? And she said correct...also said i might wanna try visa.

A while back I heard about MC not allowing payments to Epoch any more, but you're the first person to tell me actually not being able to pay.
I can only recommend using Paypal with Epoch. Most comfortable and most secure way of doing subscriptions. And Mastercard credit cards aren't an issue either that way.
LordCrash well i thought about that cus i have a paypal card i don't use, pulled it out and says mc on it.
Im looking here on my paypal acc, how the hell do i easily just add funds?
Ridiculous even having to do this, i should just be able to pay with the card i been using for a while now, stupid mc ...its sooo stupid, they wont let me use it on epoch but i bet i could go purchase sum porn at a adult store and swipe away with the same card.

Vrsumo2017 I don't ever add funds to my PP account, I just have my card linked to it and PP charges it. I don't know how it is in other places, but if you're in the EU there are no extra costs.
