All payments made will be processed automatically. Double payments will be refunded by Epoch, not us, but we will keep track on of it. If you haven't already it is still fine to send us a support ticket so we can cross check your account. Sending more than one ticket or email will not speed up the process.
If you have an invoice ID that looks like 130xxxxxxx please include it in your email. For this you can send a second email if you didn't include it the first time. Preferably sent from the same email address. This will in all likelihood only apply to PayPal payments unless you received an email from Epoch confirming the payment.
