I've subscribed for a year, but day by day the loading speed is getting even slower.

I'm using 300 mbps internet, but only can stream at 70 kbps.

The slow speed started on early 2020, and now its not even usable as it's too slow

I've used https://cdn-vr.sexlikereal.com/benchmark/speed.html to check the speed

My test id is: 8156, i'm located in Singapore

It's very disappointing that SLR not even usable in my region

    Now it's only 0.22 mbps, still not usable.

      Was having difficulty with speed of streaming prior to current issue of thumbnails not loading...don't know if they are related but was pretty consistent say 3 out of 4 times a day

        Krod Do you have any other devices you could test your speed with, and if so, do they have the same issue?

          Yes ..have laptops, other phones, Xbox, tvs, etc and no issues there...everything else video wise on my s20 also running normal...general speed test on my internet running 208mbps

            Krod Could you run a speedtest for me on the affected device, save the ID number, and maybe try the same test with a known device that doesn't have speed issues? You can post the IDs here if you would.

              Lol...Hey..sorry for delay...Id for affected device was 8283...i don't use another device for this service to be honest, but a standard speed test on another device is running 200-210

                Krod I passed them on. Could take until after the weekend to get an update on it though.

                  Hey, so speed is still variable...don't think it happens every time but when I switch off wifi and then reconnect once my 5g kicks in it appears to work but like I said not all the time

                    Krod How's the streaming now? Thumbnail issue should be fixed, but maybe your buffering isn't?

                      Hey...thumbnail issue is fixed...buffer/speed issue still occurs...sometimes, like I was saying, if I turn off my wifi on my phone and then turn it back on it works, but sometimes not...seems like it depends on the moment to be honest...

                        Krod And there are no other devices on your network that could be using the bandwidth? Like Netflix, downloads on PC, etc?

                          Not at all...I could go to Netflix right at the same time on the same device and have no issue streaming a full length movie
