SLR 2025 plans
obilisk2450 I question how long you’ve been watching SLR for. People like myself who have paid for a lifetime subscription we would expect things to stay fresh instead of the same stale scenes being churned out time and time again. We should be encouraging trying different things and not repetition. I never said to get rid of positions that people enjoy. I agree that it’s good to cater for everyone’s preferences and kinks but you can still mix up the settings and not have it be the same looking video time and time again.
Jimmyjon66 Personally, I don't care for the plot/setting. It's not what I watch porn for. The variety comes from the actresses and that it.
But as long as the scenes stay inclusive, I have no problem with switching things up.

obilisk2450 I don’t care for plot that much either, but the whole point of VR is to be immersed and it’s not very immersive when every video just looks the same with John strong seated at the start of every video and the same stuff plays out in every scene. It’s especially annoying considering what scenes SLR used to produce .

jommy Maybe people aren't thinking of the long-term full-picture, you can't just say "let's put 100% of funds into new VR porn" and then become successful, businesses are a lot more complicated than that! You have to think what will happen in 1 year, 5 years, 10 years down the line and plan accordingly
Has SLR not been making money? I subscribe to a few VR specific sites, but use the others less and less due to SLRs PT AI. I wish SLR the best and hope that I'm wrong, but I don't see 2D porn bringing in customers, unless the 2D is free.

@wenworth summed it up. Every scene looks virtually the same from the whole of 2024. I gave you examples of previous scenes from SLR where there was variation. Perhaps it’s just Alex Nash directing, but mix it up. Use different locations/sets, premises, male talent. SLR used to do that, but now definitely not. Just look back at the variation in scenes from 2022/2023.
Jimmyjon66 we are looking to step away from the current formula and make things more unexpected. For that same reason SLR optimized flat in VR should help us exploring production ideas
Is it possible to do more teasing type of intro where you're basically just observing the talent. Having her tease on a couch or bed and can really see the curves of her body

How about a seen where your wife wants to have a baby. A breeding scene. VRHush has done them and they get big numbers even though their camera is not nearly as good as SLR.

Adrianvr right! Was specifically talking about Alex Nash scenes. Manny_S scenes have anal once in a while so I can't really complain about variation, but he is only shooting EU pornstars. I was recently watching 2000 2D porn scenes, and I remembered why I liked porn : gonzo style from Evil Angel, Jules Jordan and Redlight District, the Big Wet Asses series from Elegant Angel... these were the shit!
