sogman Actually, the reality is that you don't need giant file sizes anymore. Get some sort of free Video codec converter like Handbrake and you can take a 9 gig file down to 2 or 3 gig file. That means if you have 500 gb of space in SLR Drive, theoretically you could have anywhere from 166 to 250 videos at any one time or perhaps more. Now, if your collection of files is greater than THAT then WOWIE you may have a problem lol. This is probably also true for even your 2D vids if you want to upload those. Given they tend to be a bit smaller, then converting them likely would create even smaller file sizes such that your 2D content would be an even smaller chunk than usual.
