The second part is about whether I would tip performers. The answer is simple: NO!
Tipping culture is purely American. Europeans don’t do that, and honestly, I’ve never understood why we should tip. I got into disputes during my two visits to the US. In Europe, we pay for services, plain and simple. You can see the difference yourself between EU and US. performers on Twitter. American performers are constantly bragging, non-stop sharing their OF accounts, and asking people to subscribe. On the other hand, EU models, those not influenced by the US behave differently cuz they weren't raised that way. They share their accounts occasionally and don’t care whether you subscribe or not. It’s more like, “Here’s my account, subscribe if you want.”
For me, I do pay for services, and the only service I want from sexworkers, whether they’re brothel workers or pornstars, is an actual sexual relationship. I’d pay a fortune for that. But services like nude pics, private messages, Skype calls, or custom videos? Those don’t interest me at all. I just don’t want to pay for nothing.
That said, tipping itself is fine, as long as it’s optional. The problem starts when someone assumes it’s their right to receive it. That’s when it all goes wrong. I got blocked by two of my favorite performers when they realized I’d never subscribe to their OnlyFans. Honestly, their amateur content doesn’t interest me, so why should I feel obligated to subscribe?
