  • In App release v14.9 (improved sharpness, fix for Pico 4 Ultra )

    renstimpy11 recent update has broken the Back command on the Q3 when on the grid. Multiple times in my last session I would hit Back and it would load the Deovr homepage. It never did that before.

    Same for me with Q3 and newest DeoVR. For example if I go to newest videos grid, go to page 2, then page 3, watch some video on there and want to go back using Back button it throws me to DeoVR homepage, not to SLR newest page 3. Sometimes software just freeze when browsing those pages and I have to restart DeoVR. These newer happened before last update. I wonder why there are no more frustrated customers complaining about this "feature".

    Every update brings some new bugs (Who remembers wrong FOV, BYOJ not working properly, A-B loop broken, slow Chewbacca sound etc) EVERY UPDATE has bring something bad. I love SLR and it is the best thing in VR porn. It has gone a long way but I am afraid this is not the right way to do things. There has been a month to fix this 🙁 Please give us new update with correct fix, faster BYOJ, properly working 6DOF and improved passthrough AI (gen2) and I would be happy for lifetime.

        renstimpy11 for some strange reason the "Interactive Playlist" makes it possible to play All scenes with AI PT on the Q3 at 120 FPS with noticeable Much smoother playback.

        This is cool discovery. I had to try it and it worked as you said it would be. It is not 120 hz all the time but much closer to the limit and better than without "Interactive Playlist" or "My inteactive" I would say it is about 20 fps better than using "normal" method. Do we have any reason for this happening?

            This is strange topic. People are asking when do we see first remaster roll and how do we find them (remaster tag or something). No answer even though there has been more than month from starting and considering doublevr comment (1 week per regular scene remaster) 3 remasters should be ready.

            Or is this again one of SLR ambition to pronounce to do something amazing which is after awhile buried deep in the dumpster and never be executed for some reason?

              I love build your own journey. That and passthrough are definitely best things in SLR. I know you are going to do BYOJ better in the future. Some sort of bigger facelift is to be expected with faster loading etc. In the meantime I have a request. Can we have more settings to be saved in BYOJ? Now every image options are saved like tilt, zoom, contrast etc.

              Unfortunately sound volume and Hide male -option is not saved. They stay the same all the time even though scene changes. For me this feels weird solution and should be changed. There are multiple situations where you move from different scene to another and first scene can be quiet and another one really loud. That's why volume should be saved as well.

              What about Hide male-option? It is little bit harder to explain but I try. Imagine you are using passthrough and viewing video it in doggy position. You want to see scene where model is standing in front of man. You have to use hide male -option to only see the model. Otherwise you would see your lap also, which brakes the immersion because you are in doggy. Then BYOJ moves the next scene which is filmed properly in doggy position. In this scene you want to see male model's hands and dick also because it is more immersive than holes in the females body. This time you have to change hide male option to off. So using hide male -option is case by case and it (on/off setting) should also be saved.

                Why SLR does not understand that we want all the best for Netflix of Porn. We are just worried and do not understand why SLR has not managed to convince SexBabes not to leave because SLR has so good Passthrough-feature, BYOJ and 6DOF options nobody else have. I have become addicted to those and could never use any other service. Others should learn from SLR how to do this.

                I think there should be more humble way to handle this.

                  Kieshi I am glad somebody asked it so we get better 6DOF in the future, but at the same time disappointed that SLR does not know hot to improve it and how to do it properly. Be that as it may here are my thoughts.

                  How 6DOF works now.

                  You choose 6DOF form the right menu, turn on the slider and choose proper value (for example 0,9) for x,y and z-axis. What happens after that. Then zoom, slide and hight values are reset and locked in place. Whenever you move or tilt your head those 3 values are being altered by the 6DOF logic and it feels like model stays exactly in one spot.

                  What is wrong in current setup?

                  • Properly done there should be be 3 different values for x, y and z-axis. Universal value is ok, but 3 different values are better. This is for advanced user and not so critical, but I had to mention it.
                  • Turning on 6DOF slider can not reset previous zoom, hight, or slide values user wants to use for proper image. Turning on 6DOF should lock the view considering those user "favourite" values. Why? Sometimes model is not properly centered or is too close/far. This means user can join best angle of view and lock it after turning on 6DOF. 6DOF can not mess with these proper values user has set like it now does.
                  • You should be able to drag the dome even though using 6DOF. There is no point you can use roll, yaw, pitch etc sliders but not drag the dome. Make it work like it is more intuitive as it normally works.

                  All in all the changes are really simple and easy to execute. I hope you liked it and we will see this at the next update.

                    Sometimes I dont get it what is SLR's priority when upgrading DeoVR.

                    In App release 14.3 (December 5) you made bug where videos listed under My Videos (favourites/watch later) show only name. There is no studio name, no logo and no amount of comments. I have reminded this when version 14.5 came out. THIS IS ABOUT HALF YEAR AGO. No improvements.

                    SLR is keep getting new features but not improving old ones, which are minimum viable products. 6DOF does not work correctly even though it probably 2 YEARS OLD feature but lacks of any care and maintenance 🙁 It is so confusing because 6DOF does not require much to be perfect. There is just wrong operating logic and few sliders to be adjusted. Proper coder would fix it under one hour.

                        Thogapotomus I liked a lot of their content too. Unfortunately I'm too attached to SLR's passthrough feature. I don't think I could pay for a studio that doesn't have that option.

                        Mee too. VRLatina, SexBabes and some Japanese videos are the best in passthrough. For me the money is not the problem but if there is no passthrough option then there is no point to give any money to studio even if it is the best in the world🙁

                            This hiding option has worked ok for some time but now saw the bug with Desire Room for example. It has only 4 videos and studio can't be hidden.

                                I have to agree with this one. I read this whole topic (what a show) and did not see why KinkyGirlsBerlin got banned. I think he had fair points and good questions never got answered 🙁 He has my sympathy even though I dont agree with him with the real reason income has reduced. Do not blame others if the reason can be seen in the mirror.

                                I have hidden about 77 studios so far. All of them full of crappy looking content (bad resolution, shaky camera, out of focus etc) and content out of my interest (anime, computer generated, old and fat granny etc). It sounds a lot, but still there is lot to trim. KinkyGirlsBerlin does not belong to this group. That is good so far.

                                I dont watch 2D content because it is crap. Luckily it is so easy to hidden. 2D can't be the reason. SLR has quit good recommendations feed. I prefer Japanese videos cos their intimacy. They might be niche and are not promoted. They (real Japanese gems) had to be dick and found deep from the video library. Luckily SLR feed highlights those when viewed often. Lacking of advertisement sounds too cheap reason for KGB not to be successful. If you like and watch something it is recommended to you and if you really care and love it you dick it out after all.

                                KinkyGirlsBerlin video quality was/is probably top5 studios. I remember when I first saw their video, I was amazed by their quality. Never heard of that studio before using SLR. Months and months have passed and I saw this topic. Had to check again their video library. KinkyGirlsBerlin has more than 150 videos. I had not put single one of the videos to my favourite or even watch later. NOT EVEN ONE.

                                Reason? Even thought video quality is still good it does not matter. The content is not for me and there is lot of better videos. This is little bit overkill, but girls are like German shot putters, could be almost men. I want sexy young girls like Melanie Marie, Melody Marks, Kiera Cole etc. There are few ok, but they are minority. 95% are not sexy.

                                I convert my favourite scenes to BYOJ passthrough videos. Those include kissing, doggy and missionary scenes. Pretty much everything is missing in KGB. Summary: Good video quality + bad girls + wrong sex positions = nothing for me. Other studios more attractive and competitive -> Less views and less money for KGB. I am sorry if this makes someone sad but I had to share this.

                                      Problem is there seems to be some limit not to hidden studio using DeoVR. Using SLR webpage you can hide studio with only one video. Using DeoVR you can not hide studio having for example only 5 videos. There has to be some amount of videos studio has produced to be able to be hidden. I think the limit is about 12 videos.

                                      Why there is this kind of restriction in DeoVR?

                                              Ok, I hope you know what you are doing. Just in case you have two things to fix:

                                              1. No audio on newest SinsVR, Sexbabes, LillyBella and Little Caprice videos.
                                              2. Your fix has caused audio desync (lag) on many video. It is minor, but visible. Because of desync passthrough is also affected.
