Im on quest 2 Deovr.com app latest version 14.1.2395. Im logged in butt keep getting handshake erroe and no videos appearing at all. Tried logging out and in, restarting app, deleting and redownloading app, clearing cache but nothing works still same error. Desktop browser website works fine.

Not sure whats going on here i have a quest 1 and I've been unable to login since this morning.

The deo player seems to work everywhere else. I've reinstalled the app, paid for a lifetime membership thinking it was some issue with the subscription... Still nothing... Any idea why this would suddenly happen? Please dont tell me I need to pay for a new headset 🙁 I am half betting this is a support issue with the quest 1 being so old and unsupported... I really hope that's not the case...

Also just fyi the haptics connect app still seems to be signing in ok, and the website seems to work fine in a browser on my pc or phone... movies stream ok everywhere but my headset.

make sure to provide your headset and player version to fix it asap.

Update: services are up and running normally.

    Thanks for looking in to this but I am still having problems it says "error playing video file, unsupported format" for every single video on the site. Interestingly, they work just fine if i am logged out and just want to see the previews.

      donkeyman2000 Also, fyi, i uninstalled and reinstalled the DEO VR Player with the latest version. Just to be clear it is letting me log on now at least, I can see my playlists and things and i am no longer getting Handshake 40 errors... But I cant stream anything.

        if you are not using the latest DeoVR app version, we suggest to use https://sexlikereal.com/hub in meta browser instead, it will also give you an immersive VR Experience and we are constantly working on improving it.

        I have a Q3 but don't know what version I have. I thought the update always happened automatically. I had the blue dot when firing up the Q3 last night indicating an update. And then I was required to enter the code, which was said to have been fixed in another thread. My guess is that whatever you did to fix the requirement to put in a code every 24 hrs ended up doing additional damage.

        I'll check to see if it is fixed for me later.

          doublevr To be clear i have a quest 1 and its the only version of DEOVR i can download which is 13.12.4

          So are you saying I cant use the quest 1 anymore?

            I'd like to mention a few things. I bought a new quest 3 and a lifetime membership.

            I think that there are a couple of bugs with the new DEOVR app:

            1. I keep finding that if i scrub through a few videos that they will eventually stop loading and I have to reload the app. It's almost like the system gets stuck and thinks im looking at a previous video so it wont load a new one. This never happened on quest 1.
            2. The porn-stars category isn't showing in order on the right any more, instead its just random making the filter unfortunately useless.

            I'm hoping someone can address these issues as it does prove to be quite frustrating. Thanks! Hoping this comes across as constructive! Cheers

              donkeyman2000 hi, could you please let me know if you are using Meta store or Steam version of the app and if it is updates to the latest version 14.2?

              For the second point - this section has ben removed intentionally some time ago.

                Getting all kinds of 404 errors when trying to watch SLR in Deo. Now it won’t even let me log in. Am using Quest 3 and am on latest version of Deo (14.2.2350). I’m assuming that’s the latest version as it auto updates on my headset.

                  Not a major issue, but is anyone having issues loading comments on scenes in the DeoVR app ?
