Could not log in, so thought I'd come here and play reCAPTCHA to torment myself.

Also same problem. I tried to reinstall the app as thought was some kind of error of my quest 3. Looks like a general error. Will wait for more news.

To be fair, this is Sex Like Real and being denied sex is quite realistic.

Tried logging out and back in. Only affecting SLR site. DeoVR site works fine

Same issue, out of the box new Q3, updated, downloaded deovrapp from store, logged in slr premium, homepage connection error no videos

I get the errors when I try to search something. It gives no results and the errors mentioned. Only happens on quest3 on lastest version 14.1.2305. I dont have these errors on browser per example.

Also try deovr.com site and it works fine.

Im on quest 2 Deovr.com app latest version 14.1.2395. Im logged in butt keep getting handshake erroe and no videos appearing at all. Tried logging out and in, restarting app, deleting and redownloading app, clearing cache but nothing works still same error. Desktop browser website works fine.

Not sure whats going on here i have a quest 1 and I've been unable to login since this morning.

The deo player seems to work everywhere else. I've reinstalled the app, paid for a lifetime membership thinking it was some issue with the subscription... Still nothing... Any idea why this would suddenly happen? Please dont tell me I need to pay for a new headset 🙁 I am half betting this is a support issue with the quest 1 being so old and unsupported... I really hope that's not the case...

Also just fyi the haptics connect app still seems to be signing in ok, and the website seems to work fine in a browser on my pc or phone... movies stream ok everywhere but my headset.

make sure to provide your headset and player version to fix it asap.

Update: services are up and running normally.

    Thanks for looking in to this but I am still having problems it says "error playing video file, unsupported format" for every single video on the site. Interestingly, they work just fine if i am logged out and just want to see the previews.

        donkeyman2000 Also, fyi, i uninstalled and reinstalled the DEO VR Player with the latest version. Just to be clear it is letting me log on now at least, I can see my playlists and things and i am no longer getting Handshake 40 errors... But I cant stream anything.
