I just bought 3 videos and cant watch them due to this issue.  All videos in my library are "unsupported format".
Is there any update on this?   Looks like this has been happening since September.  I think that at this point I'm going either need digital copies of my entire library so I can watch them from my desktop, or a full refund for my entire library.
I wonder if the Better Business Bureau can help with this.
