Hi, Meta Store but in the meantime i succeed to solve it. First i forced an update software on my Meta Quest 2, then i went in my library to list only the updated and then DeoVR appears, i updated to version 14.2 and now all the video are working.

I have a question. Every since the last update, when the SLR app is no longer operational I am having hard voice laggs on the videos. I have the quickest internet available in my country 1000 Mbit/sec. Also my computer has got great setup. I was never having these issues before. All my drivers are up to date. How to solve the laggs??

I am experiencing issues similar to those reported by others in this thread on my Quest 2 while using the DeoVR Meta store app. These problems began a few weeks ago after the app prompted me to update my headset. Prior to this, everything was functioning perfectly. DeoVR and quest 2 are updated to latest versions.
Here are the specific issues I’m encountering:
1: Video Freezing: The video frequently freezes, with an error message stating something like "unsupported video format."
2: Loading Symbol: The loading symbol appears and cycles through all available resolutions, ultimately stopping at the lowest resolution, after which the video freezes.
When either of these issues occurs, I have to restart the app or the headset to restore functionality, but the problems reoccur after just a few minutes when changing videos or skipping through the timeline of a video.

We are looking into these issues and working on new version. This was potentially caused by updated library that we are using for video playback. New release is planned in about 2 weeks once we finish development and testing.
I would also highly appreciate if you could share some specific videos (ids or titles) that cause this error.

I also think the issues are more frequent when using bluetooth earphones.

I just bought 3 videos and cant watch them due to this issue. All videos in my library are "unsupported format".
Is there any update on this? Looks like this has been happening since September. I think that at this point I'm going either need digital copies of my entire library so I can watch them from my desktop, or a full refund for my entire library.
I wonder if the Better Business Bureau can help with this.
