I am experiencing issues similar to those reported by others in this thread on my Quest 2 while using the DeoVR Meta store app. These problems began a few weeks ago after the app prompted me to update my headset. Prior to this, everything was functioning perfectly. DeoVR and quest 2 are updated to latest versions.
Here are the specific issues I’m encountering:
1: Video Freezing: The video frequently freezes, with an error message stating something like "unsupported video format."
2: Loading Symbol: The loading symbol appears and cycles through all available resolutions, ultimately stopping at the lowest resolution, after which the video freezes.
When either of these issues occurs, I have to restart the app or the headset to restore functionality, but the problems reoccur after just a few minutes when changing videos or skipping through the timeline of a video.
