Kieshi again - Quest 2 - whatever is latest. If there’s a way to NOT have latest then I assume your auto-updater is broken? There are no options for me to update the app.

    diwanga Please let me know if you have multiple sessions in the app, web, etc? especially incognito mode that doesn't close sessions

    Wouldn’t even know how to have “multiple sessions in the app”. I just open it when I turn on the headset and it loads. I don’t browse incognito on my phone. I look at the site for updates on Safari, close the page and clear browser history when done.

        I don’t share logins with anyone or access the site in any other way. Maayyyybe once every few weeks I’d access it on PC - but my PC has been DOA for about 2 or 3 weeks so that can’t be it either.

        Kieshi and what exactly am I supposed to do with this information…? For the people in the back who aren’t reading stuff - the problem is YOUR DESIGN LOGGING PEOPLE OUT.

        Some genius a few weeks back decided to switch something to log people out unnecessarily on devices. Do you all not review code or changelogs?

        doublevr Any ETA on this? I'm getting logged out all the time, did some tests and apparently it's indeed multifunplayer that requires a session which makes 3 active session just way too little. I want to be able to at least use SLR on my phone, pc, headset and use multifunplayer. Would appreciate if you guys could make the limit 4 or 5 or something.

          fenderwq still happening to me too. Not going to bother with sending them nonsense reports or telling them the issue / my headset for the 8th time. Their “security” system is busted and a pain in the ass. Have to login every single time I put the headset on.

            diwanga we have already made some changes effective today. There will be some extra fixes coming this and next week to fully address the issue.

            Also checking with data team to see how many users affected. I haven't experienced it
