Could you please provide more information regarding the issue with AI PT:

  1. The name or ID of the video where the issue is observed.
  2. The timestamp where the issue is clearly visible.
  3. If possible, please record a short video of the issue (for privacy, you can use the following option: Video Settings - PassThrough - Camera Layer opacity).

    dev11 hy, all videos have the same issue, you can notice it (on quest3) when the movement of the girl is fast. the AI PT mask is a few frames behind and messes up the hole body of the girl.

    AI PT mask was not working, either one of them. only some parts of the backround and clothing where PTand very weak.
    Think there were more videos like this but cant remember them now.
    these videos worked fine before the update.

    Are you observing this issue with all videos or only with the ones you provided?
    Could you record a screen showing the issue? This would greatly speed up our search for the solution.

      dev11 the issue with AI PT mask out of sync is with all the videos.

      The ones that i provided dont have working AI PT mask anymore. The mask does not cover the backround.

      i will try to provide a video if posible. will have to check how to record πŸ™‚

      ameteala We don’t have an exact ETA just yet, but the team is actively working on fixing the issue right now (I checked! πŸ˜„ ). We’ll try to get it resolved as soon as possible.

      The issue should be fixed now. In Meta Store the app version should be 14.1.2261. Please update the app.

      Thank you all SLR folk. I think it is ok now. Tested several videos about one hour and everything works smooth. No out of sync anymore.

      I am curious... Can we have some explanation what went wrong and how did you fix it? How do you prevent this does not happen again and is there something to learn about?

        Picouser there is definitely something to learn for us and we are already adjusting our processes.
        Explanation is very simple - we updated video player module internals and missed this regression.
        We appreciate our users and will be more careful during major upgrades.
