ameteala Same for me. Previously everything was fine, now the AI PT mask is definitely out of sync and lagging few frames behind. Fast movement pretty much unwatchable. I am using Quest 3 and mainly my BYOJ library.

I have also problem with notifications. I only use right controller (for obvious reason). Every time I put on headset, it notifies something like: "left controller not detected" and resenters DeoVR. It is very frustrating. Now I have to activate left controller and leave it next to me unused not to get such messages.

    I Don't want to be rude, but I am little bit amazed. I want SLR to be Netflix of porn and number one choice for every studio and content producer. Like Donald Trump says: "Make SLR great again" 🙂

    But it has been 3 days since first report of AI PT mask was out of sync (oddly it does not affect to Passtrough AR). Maybe you have done something to figure it out but still the same problem occurs. Perhaps you can say it is weekend and nobody at work, but still....THIS SHOULD BE TOP 1 PRIORITY. Everything else should come secondary

    What is your biggest selling points? DeoVR and streaming platform maybe. Content also, but if is matter of taste. Nobody but SLR has AI PT. That is your biggest selling point. Make it work. If users test AI PT now they think it is piece of garbage and skip it. You lose potential customers. Ultimately they pay your salary.

      Picouser it is the top priority indeed. The fix should be out this week

        Could you please provide more information regarding the issue with AI PT:

        1. The name or ID of the video where the issue is observed.
        2. The timestamp where the issue is clearly visible.
        3. If possible, please record a short video of the issue (for privacy, you can use the following option: Video Settings - PassThrough - Camera Layer opacity).

          dev11 hy, all videos have the same issue, you can notice it (on quest3) when the movement of the girl is fast. the AI PT mask is a few frames behind and messes up the hole body of the girl.

          AI PT mask was not working, either one of them. only some parts of the backround and clothing where PTand very weak.
          Think there were more videos like this but cant remember them now.
          these videos worked fine before the update.

            Are you observing this issue with all videos or only with the ones you provided?
            Could you record a screen showing the issue? This would greatly speed up our search for the solution.

              dev11 the issue with AI PT mask out of sync is with all the videos.

              The ones that i provided dont have working AI PT mask anymore. The mask does not cover the backround.

              i will try to provide a video if posible. will have to check how to record 🙂

                ameteala We don’t have an exact ETA just yet, but the team is actively working on fixing the issue right now (I checked! 😄 ). We’ll try to get it resolved as soon as possible.

                  The issue should be fixed now. In Meta Store the app version should be 14.1.2261. Please update the app.

                  Thank you all SLR folk. I think it is ok now. Tested several videos about one hour and everything works smooth. No out of sync anymore.

                  I am curious... Can we have some explanation what went wrong and how did you fix it? How do you prevent this does not happen again and is there something to learn about?

                    Picouser there is definitely something to learn for us and we are already adjusting our processes.
                    Explanation is very simple - we updated video player module internals and missed this regression.
                    We appreciate our users and will be more careful during major upgrades.
