I have a quest 2 and 3 with Handy toy. Haptics won't connect to Handy on either so scripts will not work (played locally off my pc with link cable). Been like that for a week now.

I am using the Handy with Quest 2 and haven't been able to connect for the past week.
I am new to using scripts, I just got the handy in the mail this past weekend. I'm not entirely sure what I can point out other than the blue sex toy symbol has a $ symbol next to it, just like it would if you didnt have a premium subscription. I can go into settings and connect through DeoVR app. A message pops up saying that I'm connected, I can see the green dot in bottom left of the UI showing I'm connected. But when I choose a video- any video- that has a blue sex toy script symbol, the video will play as it normally would. But there isn't any sign, option, or setting in the UI. The video plays the same way it does if you don't have a premium membership for scripts. I've tried several dozen video's throughout the week...havent had one work yet. Not sure if this is helpful or not, glad I dont have to feel like an idiot anymore for not getting it to work correctly.
I buy the scripts one at a time and play video/script locally from my pc hard wired pc link to my quest. I'm not sure if DeoVR is accepting the handy connection key and hence is not allowing scripts to work. The same connection key works on everything else I've tried it with.
It's still not working for me; centering the screen is still an issue, and the UI is very zoomed by default.
Well obviously but it doesn't work. There is a red cross next to the slider. The key is 100% correct and case sensititve. I have even tried generating a new key which also doesn't work. I will confirm again. The key works with every other site. The fault is with DeoVR and started one week ago as others have stated.
Kieshi Sorry for the delayed reply. Works all good now. Thanks!
DeoVR crashes for me every time I watch a script with the Lovense max 2 connected. I'm using it with Oculus Quest 2. The app crashes after about 15-20 minutes of use (even if I switch videos). The video freezes first, then the app crashes. I don't know what version of the app I have, but I assume it's the latest - I just installed it about 10 days ago (my oculus is about a year old, but the max 2 is also only about 10 days old).
Kieshi Sorry for the long delay - I've tried to install the meta quest PC link app on my pc, but I haven't gotten it to even install properly, despite several hours chatting with tech support there. I'll try sidequest next...
I did try all three release streams in the DeoVR app (13.19.1687, the opt-in one, and the beta one), after uninstalling all video apps on the quest, and then reinstalling DeoVR. All of those had the same issue.
update: sidequest didn't work either - apparently my computer is too old for the proper usb drivers to be installed (and apparently the quest 2 must be connected to a computer at least at first for sidequest to work). So I probably won't be able to get any logs to you? Unless there is another way?
