OliverDK that’s a very reasoned way to look at this. I guess the big question out there is how much is this all Jimmy’s thing, and he’s just bringing it here on an equal footing with other contributing studios? If that’s the case then your take is exactly right. What stands out though was the weighting this was originally given in the announcement that began this very thread. Bullet 2 announced what read a lot more like full-on collaboration to me… i.e. SLR enabling Jimmy to shoot, and that’s a very different thing isn’t it? “We are helping him out with setup.” Of course that all got downplayed when this news blew back hard.
And it’s not like this should have been a shock. I remember double taking the temperature on this a few months ago and the reaction and advice then screamed “don’t do it”
