Sorry, but this is a bullshit statement. There is, publicly available, statements from around a dozen models from pro to novice, older and younger, star and not, that all say the same thing about this scumbag. Exactly what evidence will satisfy you? Do you need video of the incidents that took place after the shoot? Do you need someone other than the multiple performers to vouch for the truth of the incident? Does it mean anything to you that Wankz thought it serious enough to fire their most prolific and senior director over it? why hasn't ANYONE come out to support Jimmy's side, while a dozen or more models reported very similar incidents with the same guy?

I've worked as a rape counselor and a domestic violence counselor for a long time. It is flippant attitudes like yours - and someone else on this forum - that make it so difficult for survivors to heal.

And Depp is a scumbag, too. He was guilty, he just had the better lawyer and simps in in his corner. Literally everyone I know in the psych field with any expertise in sexual/domestic violence saw right through that bullshit case.

    I read her story objectively and then some of the other stars and Jimmy's "Apology" and it just really creeped me out. This guy sounds like a real asshole that probably should have faced real legal action in the past and it's just sad that this great website has decided they need to be the ones to give him a second chance.

          Just getting caught up with this, i've never read about any 'drama' in VR or porn filming until now - it's pretty damn obviously a bad idea to work with Jimmy Lifestyles in any way.

          Yes him having his own channel or whatever is working with him, you are giving him a platform and income stream, literally paying him to abuse women like he has done for years. His filming set, his rules, right?

          I guarantee he will mention he puts his content on SLR when trying to get performers - You guys keep saying you are the biggest VR website, so of course he will mention it and all of a sudden more and more performers will link SLR and Jimmy Savile, uh, Lifestyles together.

          The whole argument of "if he did wrong he'd be in prison or arrested" is bollocks. Many abusers get away with it for years even if people try to go to the police or the legal route.

          I just don't see the appeal of working with the guy, he brings a TON of negative press that will make paying customers leave SLR and go elsewhere (and they'll be sure to tell everyone to avoid SLR) - I already see a lot of familiar forum names in here dead-set against SLR working with the guy.

          It will also deter performers from working with SLR now and in future, i'm sure people working in the industry will hear so not just performers but possible directors, writers, everyone. Who wants to work for or with a company that knowingly and defiantly has a working relationship with such a person?

          Companies often get a lot of stick for having social media teams interact with customers, but the one good thing i'd like to point out is that they take time to think about the consequences of certain actions and almost never reply on a whim with little thought or foresight 🙄

              These have gotta be the strangest official responses to subscriber outrage i've ever seen. At this point i'm assuming SLR has already guaranteed him a contract and they can't get out of it, that's the only thing i can think of to cause such a staunch defense of an obviously terrible person.

                HughMungus As a huge SLR fan excited about their tech, I'm extremely disappointed they're willing to more less throw it away for one director that no one wants and not only that, staunchly defend him. It's the most cringey shit I've ever seen unfold in realtime and the bad press will be even more awkward.

But I counted at least 12 actresses with those stories, Emma Hix even is talking about 20+ actresses, not sure if that's true though, haven't verified them. But if there are that many actresses all complaining about Jimmy, it just becomes really hard to credibly defend him. At that point you can't simply say anymore "oh that's just on X, that doesn't count, only a judge's verdict counts". It's of course a huge step for any porn actress to start a lawsuit. Would any studio after that want to work with such 'trouble maker' ever again? I can totally see why no one is eager to take those steps.

                      In Alex Coal’s interview she explained exactly this catch-22. Jimmy coerced her into a non-consensual situation during the shoot. After the shoot he became even more threatening and predatory as the set cleared of people and she had to call someone to get her out of there. However she was a brand new face and rather than risk future castings she endured and internalized it. This is often the case for pornstars and non pornstars alike. The power dynamic can make things next to impossible for a young woman. Add to that the common insinuations that “she must have been asking for it.” Now put that into the porn context, and it takes a very brave woman to finally step forward and attempt to be taken seriously when reporting a non-consensual, abusive situation. It was only after Alex Coal had earned some sway in the industry that she finally spoke up. It’s not like she had a lot to gain by doing this, so it mystifies me when she’s not taken at her word. I strongly urge people to listen to the interview she gave. Her story is far more compelling than Jimmy’s chaotic rebuttals… painting himself as the singled-out victim. Ugh, please. There are countless shoots still up on Wankz where it’s clear what a pig that guy is, and why after only a few bookings, Aidra Fox said Jimmy was “on her ‘no’ list”, and she never shot for Wankz again.

                      I respect the hell out of Alex. She makes herself available to any and all women in the industry that find themselves in such difficulty. She’s the real deal people.

                          That might be the safest course of action. In private employment situations people sometimes get fired after an investigation that might not lead to a criminal prosecution and prehaps not even have enough evidence for a criminal prosecution. Remember, criminal charges must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. But civil cases only need to be proven by the balance of the evidence -- that is, if the weight is 51% in favor of liability, then there is liability.

                          And there are lots of reasons women don't bring charges. You must be aware of that.

                            I found the things that Mr. L. himself posted in response to the incident with the two Emmas most revealing and self-incriminating. That went from 'nothing wrong besides my accent' over 'I only licked the ass of the other girl' to 'her ass licked my tongue longer than expected and that's why I couldn't help it and got in the mode'. He would have been well advised to just keep quiet (and it seems he has learned from this, now it's 'Remember,no one has heard my side of the story')

                                  What on earth is going on here? The interactions I have had with SLR staff about a technical or billing issue have been unfailingly polite and professional. Are the responses we are seeing here from the owner/CEO? And if so, how can that be?

                                  I won't waste anyone's time on the merits of the arguments, which seem glaringly obvious. But how could upper management deride their own customers for raising very legitimate and heartfelt concerns?

                                  Am I missing something?

Alex Blake and Lily Adams seemed fine and played along with him. Gina’s body language looked a lot less comfortable, and she seems to be avoiding him. The bottom line is that no means no. So just because some of the girls are okay with Jimmy’s machinations to get his hands on the goods, doesn’t mean he gets free rein over all. The girls have explained how this is supposed to work. Anything that involves sex with the girls is agreed up front. Anything that strays from that is non-consensual, particularly if the girl indicates No.
