Agree with the above but also wanna add that it's important to point out that passthrough scenes aren't just about a good alpha mask. There are other things to consider too. Like not constantly having hands on a girls body, not fucking back all the time (floating air dick syndrome) and alignment that you can actually put your body in for instance. Also, I think there is still quite some potential to play into the whole story element more with passthrough. Like, the scenario is that you're at home right? Let's play into that with some cool stories. Writing off regular passthrough now seems to be jumping the gun by quite a lot. It will probably be possible in the future but it will still take quite a bit to get to something that is equally good or even better. Still, really cool to see the AI passthrough. I believe that passthrough hasn't been fully perfected yet. The camera angles need improvement, and even with some alpha passthrough videos, the cutoff isn't sharp, which diminishes the immersion for me.

If you’re saying that you can shoot normal scenes though and AI can convert them to PT after the fact, then yes you should do that as then everyone’s happy. Ignoring the fact that I can imagine filming a scene which focus is solely POV AR dedicated will most likely always be superior to a POV VR scene that is converted to POV AR via AI I would say that unless AI can remove the male actor's body too, AI POV AR will and is altogether useless to me. I've tried but I simply can't watching POV AR porn where the male actor's body is visible as it (to me) defeats the purpose of POV AR porn in the first place. Fair enough some can ignore the guy or whatever but to me such POV AR porn is uninteresting and I rather just watch regular POV VR any day.

OliverDK Yeah, body in is kinda pointless. But just turn on non pov mode and the male body will be removed. I think the non pov mode should actually be the pov mode or they should rename it to body in body out or something. The problem is that the stunt cock will also be removed a lot of the time.

You're years away from AI passthrough which matches native passthrough. I don't think you're going to get there until you can use existing tools from Adobe etc which haven't been developed yet.

The AI AR videos are pretty good, still needs sum tweaking but over all I found a few I enjoyed, but at the moment the alpha ar videos just look way better in pass through, so...keep on filming alpha AR videos? YES!

There are too many scenes where the male model's arms would move all over the screen to touch the body. Wouldn't that interfere with the AI passthrough? They would have silhouettes of just random arms, hands, and fingers throughout the video.

Just do a mix.
Those that love PT can get both "high quality" greenroom/grayman plus the AI PT versions.
Those who pass on PT get less "she looks hot...dammmit! PT only" frustration.
Those who love both... well, minimal change for them I guess.

Plus continuing with both forms of PT will allow for more direct-comparison feedback.
