wil4u - best to use the fixed haptics connect latest update on Playstore or Apple store for your phone instead of direct on Quest 2

    I have tried as you suggested but nothing works. Connection to the Haptic Connect App only works manually. I tried opening SLR videos through browser in my phone too but they don't work either.

    I guess the only thing to do now is sit tight and wait for the latest update from the SLR team.

        Yes....without haptics connects, my kiiroo keon is useless. I'm not sure how many users have the same problem here.

            jacky68 and @mousey21 - I would really recommend trying the steps one by one and ensuring you arent missing any important step?

            Maybe theres just a step or requirement missing somewhere, as everything should connect for the great majority that are using Android or iOS device with haptics connect, have an SLR premium active membership and are clicking the deeplink button through their SLR profile page on their mobile device

            If still no luck, could you guys try sending a support ticket so that support can help walk through the issue specifically for your cases and exact devices being used?

                I have tried the steps several times to no avail. I have already send a support ticket like you suggested.
                I do have a wankzvr account as well and have no issues with the mobile phone to quest2 connectivity there.
                Hopefully, support will get back to me asap.

                    Can you press the purple 'X" button and try relaunching the app again?

                        Hi People, I followed all the steps above and still have no luck. I can connect Keon through haptics on my iPhone no problems and its works in manual mode only. I've logged in to SLR through the haptics app and pressed the "CONNECT SLR TO HC APP" it then take me to the above screenshot Mousey has posted. Any ideas... me and the missus want top get back to VR porn 🙂

                        Also can anyone show me where you allow permissions? is this in the haptics app? headset? app setting in iPhone?
