Samsonite121 I wonder why they would put out the video with these mistakes if they can easily fix them in the first place?
@Evan_Redstar I thought if you guys are not going to watch the scenes yourself that you were going to have at least a couple people watch them first before you put them out.
Are you guys really that understaffed that editing is done at the last minute? No time to check the quality of the edit. I think that I understand that hours of editing day after day could get hard to focus. I just don't understand the no quality check.
10,000 people watched the scene with all the mishaps in it. Most of them don't know it got re-edited. How would they know? Even if they did know, most people are not going to go watch an hour+ scene again.
@doublevr is talking about ROI with all the videos that you guys shoot. It seems like their video watch time is going to be greatly reduced if people see bad editing. For that video plus the next time they choose between watching a SLR video or a different company because of their past experience.
I don't run a company but this seems like the first thing you guys should make sure not to happen. A cheap fix for a big return on investment.
