with stickman and openbrush app.
same works with video player and just pictures there...

you can put the player or picture somewhere and it stays at same positon and scales with your movemewents if you walk away or getting closer...

in deovr you can't do this and walk to or around the video player or object like that even in flat mode...

not talking about 180vr sbs clips because that probably not so easy to do.

only problem...
openbrush has no greenscreen cutout like deovr for video clips and it can't play clips with transparent alpha background...^^ otherwise i would use just use openbrush if that would be possible...

but it works with transparent backround for pictures...just cut out background in photoshop and you can put some girls in your room that way and watch them in 2d from some angle and distance but still nice.... xD

...if that all just would work with video clips and greenscreen...this would be awesome.
with right angle and positon you can film your own porn that way in your room or on your couch or just watch it in passthrough and fap as an voyeur. ^^

like there some flat porn scenes which would work amazing for passthrough...

      i tried to do this already with quest 2 and in unity.

      just find some girl mastrubating on chair scene and then cutout background + chair and inside app i after scaled, moved her on my chair in my room and finish...^^

      it was amazing experience and very simple.
      could watch her mastrubating on my chair from any angle and distance i wish...

      not 3d but still amazing...but watching it from right angle and postion it looks like the scene is in your room and feels like it...

      this simple thing in deovr would be rly nice...

      there many porn scenes which would work amazing that way and which can fit in some room environment.

      another example:
      lesbian girls takes shower scene clips...

      cutout backround and move scale the scene into your bathroom so it fits...

      then enjoy watching how lesbian girls takes shower in your bathroom while you fap your D in passthrough to that.

      or more simple example:
      many striptease scenes....

      only important is to find porn scenes where the camera is standing still and not moves much and captures full body ...then just use your imagination and put that scene in your home where it fits at best.

          One time i suggested automatic zoom.

          Example say your in a laying cg and if kinda sit up it zooms in as you move to her tits or zooms out as you lay ur head back down, this could be an option to have, turnt on or off.

          Would be good for threesomes too, how you have one model in laying cg and the other over your face for oral. But sometimes they to far, so if you lean in to it it would zoom in with your head movements.

              With pt and color Peloton can be in vr instead of looking at a screen.

              Could do all kinds of stuff in ptvr. 🤯

              Did you ever try a 6DoF feature in the app? I think it does something like what you described, but to some extent.

                        2. This is something that will be add for sure.
                        3. We are considering some solutions to make sliders more precise, one of them is also using the thumbstick 😉
                        4. We added this for environments in main HUB, I see no problem doing it here too, will add it on the list, but not as priority.

                              Sandi_SLR About point 1. I thought this was a great feature also but it no longer worked like that for me on Pico 4 so I thought it had been removed.

                                  fenderwq It should be working in latest version, will ask testers to check again.

                                  Edit: They tested, works fine on Pico4.

                                            metaverse exactly what I'm talking about, but i should be able to set the zoom starting point where I want it, I have mine by default -8.0, but when I turn it on it sets it at 9.0

                                            And it needs more zooming in and out when i move my head forward and back. Like a lot

                                            Or let the viewers choose how much it will zoom and set their settings as default.

                                            Works good tho, worked great with pass-through features too 👍
