I went back to check if the creator had made any more replies on a particular broken scene but found comments were deleted/hidden and comments are now completely disabled: https://www.sexlikereal.com/scenes/curvy-as-fuck-29373 (apparently all comments on perVRt scenes are now disabled?)
Is this how it's going to be? I think we all know the guy from PerVRt can't deal with criticism (tho to be fair in some earlier cases complaints were often about things that were just a matter of taste) but in this case people had valid complaints about completely broken VR scenes.
It's likely all due to perVRt using a new/different camera and they are not able to figure out how to make the VR scenes properly with it, as there were multiple scenes with the same issues and complaints. What's even more tragic is how despite many complaints he keeps insisting the scenes are fine...
It's very unfortunate the guy doesn't seem to test his own VR scenes and keeps claiming it's "our eyes" and "it's how the VR camera works" or it can't be broken because everything is made by the camera manufacturer and is working as intended... when in fact the left/right eye is so out of alignment it's completely unwatchable, it can't even be saved with offset sliders. On top of that the girl's head is mostly out of frame but you can see it warp so badly there it's likely rendered with a completely different lens profile or something like that.
But all that's perhaps beside the issue here; SLR, why are you catering to bad VR producers like this? If anything some of these scenes should have been pulled and if possible fixed... (Although in the linked case I doubt it's salvageable, it's really that bad). But either way, disabling comments entirely should not be a solution to dealing with completely valid complaints.
This development is a seriously bad signal and cannot stand... comments need to be available if there's going to be any kind of quality control, something SLR doesn't seem to want or be able to do but at least the users will speak up if a scene is broken somehow.
