Aerowen that is a crazy idea!!!
Comments hidden and disabled on perVRt scenes that are completely broken?
Rakly3 Updated scenes are posted very often on SLR.
Speaking of scene updates. I often get notifications for scenes that were already posted weeks or months earlier. Does this mean they were updated in some way or..? I can never tell... Perhaps it's an idea to have little note under scene info when a scene was last updated (and not a title or description update but only with the actual video file updates).
Rakly3 I don't use scripts so I don't know. But if that's the case then maybe notifications system could use some updates that makes it so we can opt-out of those double notifications. Also with the PMV scenes that have 10+ pornstars linked I often get the same scene notified like 10 times in a row which is kinda nuts.
Rakly3 if people want to watch broken and poorly produced vids thats their choice... i dont. there needs to be a better way to not see that junk than hiding each studio individually. its not even a difficult problem to solve either... like why cant you categorize studios as professional or amateur and let us choose which we want to see? could potentially even show professional content by default... it might incentivize some of these amateur producers to pick up their game and actually improve instead of continually flooding the site with broken barely watchable vids like pervert does.

I honestly can't answer that. I don't know what the contracts for each studio are or if it even matters. I can say we are not ignoring the feedback. Just don't expect a change tomorrow.

Thanks, I'll pass it on.
The most likely cause is having these models and/or studios marked as favorites. But this should be fixable on our end.

Rakly3 after everything the customers went through getting blush to fix their distorted scenes and I say scenes because it was pretty much all scenes for weeks that were distorted. Blush even created a forum thread about it.
It's nice to finally see your concern, considering the broken scenes were fixed and re uploaded a few weeks ago .
As for you not being able to find it, support were aware, blush were aware, we were very aware, and as all the scenes have been fixed I don't really care anymore.

Ffs no 1 has said remove the content, we don't want it blocked either.. We want it watchable. In its current state they are not.
How hard is it to actually quality check scenes on a VR headset before they are uploaded to SLR? either by you guys the studios or ideally both. Below a certain standard reject the scene. The company's producing the tat will have no choice to up there game to a respectable level, or not have there content here.

dojimmy But I care. I'm supposed to know these things as support manager.
We are in the middle of restructuring, we hope to have a better handle on things going forward. When it comes to rejecting the publication of a scene, that's not up to me tbh. But I should know if there are issues.
Rakly3 Bit off-topic but we had some notifications talk in here and I didn't want to make another topic for this, one more addition; I keep getting notifications for scenes that are apparently taken offline, like just from today these three links:
https://www.sexlikereal.com/flat/victoria-voxx-1188?from=notification
https://www.sexlikereal.com/flat/kissa-sins-1155?from=notification
https://www.sexlikereal.com/flat/marica-hase-1209?from=notification
And looking at the scene IDs these have to be fairly old scenes too so dunno why I'd get notifications for them..? Perhaps these are scenes being hidden thx to the current creditcard-overlords demands and hiding the scenes is causing a notification? Can you see if these scenes are offline because of that reason? And I guess report this to the web devs as well...
General comment to the folks at SLR: Don't let the complaints get you down. Your site isn't perfect and you can't please everybody all the time.
But overall, this website is a great experience! And I appreciate your responsiveness as well. I don't know any other porn sites that spend so much effort to respond to questions, issues, and complaints.

some people have way too much time on there hands and they use it bitching about things that just are not that big a deal, its another case of 'dont like it then dont watch it' an option is there to filter out what you dont like so you never have to see it again, use it and chillax
i dont like there vids either and feel sorry for every girl [redacted by Rakly3]
so i dont watch his vids and its no longer an issue for me anymore, ignoring things you dont like is something ALOT of people need to realise makes your life tons more enjoyable so try it
{prepares for the backlash} ......lol meh, wont read it anyway
mebejoe Ricster89 I mean sure in general I agree but in this case it's actually not bitching about things that are a matter of taste but rather VR scenes that are technically broken with eyes not in sync etc. Something you guys would have noticed if you had actually watched some of their recent scenes. Perhaps have a quick look at them before jumping into a discussion when you literally haven't watched the content of at all, or at the very least fully read what the complaints are about.

Hey guys. We hear you.
I've taken a look at a recent scene and can see exactly what is meant by "completely broken". I've spoken to my more technical colleagues who had advised that:
Video is off due to horizontal offset. In setting u can set horizontal offset to -5 and it will be watchable.
So if you are a fan of this studio, this is a temporary fix.
Temporary fixes are of course not enough, so we are also contacting the studio to ask them to fix the files. We're also looking into solutions to let you report issues even when a studio doesn't want to allow comments.
Also, THANK YOU for your enthusiasm and commitment to making sure that the platform is the best it can be.
Now I get the whole point, users would like to complain about quality issues, but comments are closed for that creator.
We are following up with him. Also "Report" button is coming.
