You do realize that's just a matter of taste, right? I'm (sadly) almost only attracted to girls of the more slender type. Tall or short doesn't matter that much. But I still wouldn't want them to look more slim than they really are.

      LordCrash My headset is better than yours. Pimax 8kx. So maybe your headset is the problem and you just can't tell how big the girls look.

            Pretty easy statement for you to make - well knowing that the new cam won't be used anymore. So how is that more power to me? It's actually no power to me. You guys got your will and we're back to the same stuff everybody else does, not enhanced, just boring reality. Sigh.

                      For you, my dude, for you. I don't agree at all with that statement. But my brain is also not so limited to really narrow parameters in order to be able to enjoy porn.

                          LordCrash you and I agree on a lot of things but I would have to agree with others that scaling is important. I may be using a cheap (relatively speaking!) headset in the Quest 2 but it is also by far the market leader and the one most people use. If the scenes don’t work right in the headset pretty much everyone uses, that’s a problem.

                          You have conceded that, even on your headset, the scaling is off, maybe not as pronounced as some people are experiencing but girls appear a little larger than life but that this is not a problem for you as the VR headset is just a different way of watching porn. I’m only speaking for myself here (but I suspect others will concur) but the whole attraction of VR porn to me is that it allows me to trick my brain into thinking I’m in the room, with these girls. Not completely obviously but far more so than just watching a standard POV scene. Seeing a girl looking giant sized totally kills that for me and actually makes VR less immersive than 2d porn as I can’t get past it and lose myself in the scene. Not all these 8k scenes are way out on my headset, some are only very slightly out but, if I ever rejoin, I don’t want to deal with it when the likes of Wankzvr, POVR, VRBangers, Badoinkvr network, Czechvr etc. don’t have these issues on the whole.

                                  Ricster89 Absolutely, I respect that it might not be an important issue to some and I wish I was more like them! It’s an absolute dealbreaker for me though. If a studio cannot get it right, I will not support their content.

                                    Yesterday I tried reducing the IPD on my headset, actually to narrow for my real eyes, surprisingly I did not have any problems getting cross eyed, and the scale was much better maybe give it a try.

                                    It seems for videos it is actually better for the headsets IPD to match the cameras IPD, than your head.
                                    Combined with a slight reduction of the zoom slider, size actually felt perfect.

                                      That's odd. I don't notice a change in scale at all when I do that. I only get some chromatic abberation and ghosting when the slider doesn't match my eyes. That's mainly visible when I look at high contrast stuff, like text, though.
                                      It would be interesting to hear from more people how they experience this.

                                            Well, their content is most often just fucking boring (CzechVR excluded). I rather support studios with great content and the best possible video quality, even when the girls are a bit bigger than you're used to (which again isn't a bad thing at all in my books, quite the contrary) than studios with boring content or simply bad video quality.

                                            And about the headst: I think it's a combination of headset and video player actually. HeresphereVR is simply much better than DeoVR and offers a much better viewing experience, especially for scenes that seem to have some technical issues.

                                                This would make sense if your headsets lenses have a rather tiny sweet spot.
                                                Text (from the UI) obviously looks worse with the wrong IPD, but the video strangely looks better.

                                                    With out going threw all the slro videos, what all scenes were filmed with the cannon 8k?

                                                    ableman I think a lot of the difficulty is that the wide field of view makes it difficult to place lights anywhere but from behind the camera so the contrast always appears flat due to direct light from the front. Getting natural looking lighting from the sides or from practical sources I believe would help with contrast.

                                                      LordCrash not true at all. If that was the case, I’d never have joined SLR in the first place as they have virtually none. It’s something I’d like to see more of sure, just as there’s things I know you’d like to see more of. I’m curious though why you consider all those other sites boring and SLRO not? It’s all the same vanilla type content, it’s just they all make consistently decent looking scenes.
