ibins There's no question that obesity is a huge problem in society, but the idea of "body positivity" is just that no one should feel ashamed or "less-than" because of the body they inhabit.

It's a pretty weird thread though since I have the feeling that especially tiny girls with A-size tits feel bad or ashamed about their body in this industry. I hardly see naturally curvy models doing extensive surgery or lamenting about their bodies, but a lof of tiny girls who actually want to be a lot curvier than what nature provided them with. And they're ready to do a lot of things in order to get there...

So shouldn't there rather be a "body positivity" thead for tiny girls with small tits and narrow lips instead? I think we should give them the feeling that they don't need to change their body in order to succeed in this industry and to appeal to customers and producers alike...

Across the industry? Maybe. I don't know.
On SLR?? No. The surfboard spinner body type is crazily over-represented in this catalogue here. Not even hating - I like them fine, there's just way too many by a factor of 3. On the other hand, the busty / curvy side of things tends to hang heavily (pun def intended) on very specific individual models, so like if Kay G or Lady Lynne go missing, so does all the curvy. And for skinny+busty it's always pretty much been JAV or nuthin.

You don't see models on magazines with cigarettes in their mouth, or really skinny skinny models on mags who encourages not eating.

People should just be able to live how they want with out being criticize. Everyone should be celebrated in a positive way.

I think porn has a pretty unrealistic view of what women look like. A relatively normal girl can look overweight compared to some of the tiny girls in porn, many who later admit to eating disorders which kept them unhealthily thin. The camera often adds pounds too. Obesity is obviously unhealthy but women can still be healthy and not stick thin. Even someone like Lacy Lennon has said that she feels much healthier now she has put some weight on than she was in her scenes of the last few years when she was making herself ill to stay super thin.

We all like our pornstars to be in incredible shape but, it doesn’t mean someone a little bigger needs to lose weight, they can still be perfectly healthy.
