I basically came into this thread to say this exact thing. My number one immersion breaker is this business of constantly switching it up. You know the cliche of women saying "right there, just do that, don't stop"? Well, I'm like a woman. Or maybe it's that I'm old. It takes me more than a couple of minutes to get there, and I can't if she won't stay still for a minute g'd' it!! The models very seldom strike the poses I want and if they do it doesn't matter. They're gonna turn around and point their ass at me 30 seconds later, guaranteed. Then there are those two from (Zexy I think?) that are all hepped up on goofballs in every video and fidget switching from one foot to another faster than a real person should even be able to move, but that's another story. And it sucks because they're so hot!

I would much rather that not every video appeal to me! I mean, they don't to begin with - it wouldn't be a loss! If you blink you'll miss it. All you can do is freeze frame it.           justsomedude101 for me personally I think it’s a psychological thing. If you think about it, out of every part of your body you look at your hands the most, so when you see a scene with a guy’s hands on a girls boobs or pussy it is hard to not think those aren’t my hands.             • Screen crooked again.
            • Headset hurting my nose. Light bleeding in the side. Must adjust.
            • Ok now she's pulling up her shirt. Nice!
            • And headset randomly disconnects, Screen is black.

              tittytron100 Glad that doesn’t just happen for me and you can’t do anything about it. Or breaking your neck to align your headset for a laying down position because you can’t permanently set your preferred position which for me is always laying down since I have a bad back.

                You just reminded me having to zoom out because the video is so old that it looks like they had to pay by the pixel to film the video. Not knowing how old the video is because it’s not on the app so you’re ready to watch a video that’s in 480p and get turned off. Seeing the black edges because you had to zoom out so far to get a decent picture quality. I don’t know if it’s just me but specifically the SLR videos pause every 5 seconds as if I don’t have 400mb/s internet . Like I have the highest quality internet Spectrum will allow and the app treats me like I’m jerky off in a McDonald’s bathroom stealing wifi when I try to stream SLR originals. Don’t get me wrong when they work they’re masterpieces, but when they don’t I say fuck it and just find a video on my phone.

                      Sperson I'm not into pov at all, it doesn't feel like I'm in the scene, it feels uncomfortable to me. I don't like hands appearing either. I kind of like the voyeuristic non pov type stuff and solo/lesbian stuff the most.

                        I don't mind of what people have mentioned so far, but camera height is the real deal breaker for me. Not just when the camera's too close to the guy's dick during the action, so it feels like your eyes are mounted in their stomach, but also in the buildup at the start of a scene. If there's some 5ft petite girl standing there in front of me, I don't expect to be eye level with her, but so many studios seem to do this. I guess it's the easiest way to get clear eye contact to have the lenses right in front of the girl's face, but it totally makes the scene feel off right from the start.

                        Its personal taste, and just simply answering the question - but when I finally get to see the womans tits and they are plastic, that is an instant skip for me (mostly)

                        The other big immersion breaker is when the scene freezes due to low bandwidth. Not sure it is fixable

                        -Guy finishing himself off

                        -Too much focus on tits; might be in the minority here, but I don't like tits and it breaks the immersion having them shoved so prominently in my face for a prolonged period.

                        -Obviously unrealistic moans. Some girls are really good at sounding more natural, others not so much.

                        -Lack of engaging dialogue. I don't want the girl to just shut up and fuck, or limit herself to phrases like "Oh yeah, just like that." I love when she actually uses her words to tease, add some wholesome humor, or just generally to interact more to increase the belief that she's not just a toy.

                        -Facing away from the camera (doggy, reverse cowgirl). I want to see the girl's face, and when she turns away it takes me out of the scene. Likewise with pussy and ass closeups, or when she's riding and her head is out the top of the frame.

                        -Standing positions. Since I'm usually laying back or laying down most of the time, a standing position feels extremely unnatural and disorienting.

                        -Laying on top of the girl. Similar to standing, this conflicts with the position that I'm usually at. I'm not actually sure how this one works for anyone practically unless you're laying on your stomach, since adjusting the angle of the video doesn't change that I still feel off in my physical real world space. Imo the best positions are laying and sitting cowgirl (especially the sitting for those sweet closeups on her face).

                        In JAV they tend to 'lick/kiss your ear' while in reality they put fake cum in their mouth. Really hard to watch the videos where I noticed this and also a bit surprised that it took me quite a long time to notice lol.

                        The constant and blatant looking behind the camera at the director to be told what to say/do. Just looks like the actress came unprepared and unable to improvise, and it makes me sense the director standing right behind me. (shudder). Immediate and complete immersion breaker.
