bamjus Great detailed post @bamjus ! I may give that a try one day

I may also suggest this to guys wanted a quick handsfree setup:

  • Just plop your Keon inside any inexpensive under $20 thick memory foam neck cushion, that looks similar to this:

Kiiroo sells Neck straps to hold up your device as well as an option

RealcumberScripts This was my attempt prior to the knee pillow!! haha. I even got a pseudo-infinity type neck pillow with a buckle strap to really secure it down, however I still experienced depth and angle instability that i had mentioned above. IMO I think the anchor of the knee pillow physically being underneath your hamstrings in a seated position (rather than neck pillow resting on your lap) was the biggest contributing factor towards my decisively successful experience with the knee pilllow. But that is just my experience, more options the merrier!

great ideas! was looking for something cheap to help while in bed. heres another option been using for seated position. its got the neck strap bracket inserted and tied that around the monitor stand, allows me to easily clip on and off the keon and works super well, but additional cost ofcourse w monitor stand and neck strap

      a year later

soundjoe Hey soundjoe, I'm sixinchking and I was wondering if you could send me the link to the monitor stand I just bought my neck strap today (hopefully the monitor stand is on Amazon)
      Thanks
      Happy fapping !

hey its ergotron lx sit stand, bought it here: https://www.newegg.com/p/0RC-000K-00034?Description=lx%20sit%20stand&cm_re=lx_sit%20stand-_-9SIA25V23B3974-_-Product

its def one of the most expensive monitor stands u can buy and i bought it originally for other purposes and found it had this good use case as well. its good in that it has a very long arm and can go very low but know besides being expensive its also heavy so not something u wanna take on and off a desk often.

I use for my bed a different common cheapo light stand that does the job also well. since it has a shorter arm tho i needed to clamp it onto an overbed table so can get it in a good position.
(if ur bed is very low like on the floor btw this setup will likely not work for u)
overbed tables u can buy an amazon as well. my overbed table and stand(H-100 North Bayou) i bought locally and dont se them on amazon but they have tons of very simliar items that should be just as good. for the stand u want something that will go low, so prefeably with a straight bottom arm, myb something like this would be good: https://www.amazon.com/HUANUO-Single-Monitor-Stand-Adjustable/dp/B08FB7WFCT/ref=sr_1_14?crid=KTXJIF4J8YV8&keywords=H-100+North+Bayou&qid=1669564935&sprefix=h-100+north+bayou%2Caps%2C208&sr=8-14

i use some ergotron vesa mount that came with the other stand to connect to the keon mount with zip ties, but other vesa plate thingy probably work well or maybe just try tying it to the arms plate. sucks that keon didnt design it with vesa compatability so had to do this scuffed zip tie hack, but once all set up and done, get completely hands free best amazing experience possible with the keon, have fun 🙂

soundjoe I read this yesterday and tried to buy one at bestbuy and walmart today. They didn't have anything close to it. I guess i"m going to buy it on amazon. I'm assuming it moves around without having to turn some screws or knobs?

RealcumberScripts I just received the table clamp yesterday and I was worried it would be very flimsy and low build quality but it seems very strong and doesn't move at all when the toy is running.

thatthotok was also worried about this when seeing they released this clamp. it completely stabilizes the toy when running?? no residual motion/shaking when running at high speeds?

rerun119 the arms have gas spring so i can push down to get in position or push up to get out the way when finished with it, only adjusted a screw on the spring once to get the setting right for the spring. the second one i use for my bed its a common cheap arm they sell very similar kinds many places including amazon

see just now the new mounts that kirro made that realcucumer mentioned, which look like decent solutions. The old neck strap was just a bad idea imo

RealcumberScripts Hey guys - Kiiroo actually came out last month or so with ready to purchase handsfree setups just like you guys created, specifically crafted for the Keon

You can check them out here:

                Keon Table Clamp = https://www.kiiroo.com/products/keon-table-clamp

                Keon Multifunctional Pillow & Strap = https://www.kiiroo.com/products/keon-multifunctional-pillow-strap-by-kiiroo

I have the pillow, it does not work all that well. It is too narrow and you need to hold it up between your thighs.

It should have additional foam "wings" that fit under your legs and allow the user to move his legs around a bit and still be stable.

i use a stanley vice grip, with an upside down small ikea 3 legged stool, with only 1 of the legs attached, then have the vice between the handy and the stool leg. you can use it seated in any chair or recliner, or seated or laying down in bed, It works perfectly and is a pretty cheap option.

once handy release a hands free mount i can use it with this system, though im not sure i need it.

sorry my reason for mentioning my handsfree setup for the handy in a kiroo thread was that the same ikea stool seems like it would be ideal with the new kiroo handsfree mount. I forgot to type that part 😄

Uk link for the stool is here, but im sure ikea sell them everywhere.
