Exactly! I think most guys (like me) are here for two reasons .... lust and loneliness...
Especially the life cam girls make a business out of it... playing with feelings....
However... its highly addictive! I see guys being here every day... spending huge amounts of money and definitely lost control... like in gambling, drugs, alcohol...
But... it is how it is... and at the end, i am here too... 😉

This is just my feedback as you asked what people think.

For me porn is fantasy, not sex education and I’m really not looking for porn videos to start showing only what is healthy and responsible in real life sex. I’m not sure if that’s what you’re suggesting when you talk about responsible porn.

I like all types of porn depending on my mood at the time. Sometimes I like really immersive loving GFE porn but other times I like really hardcore porn with anal, rough sex, slapping, watersports etc. I’m really not looking for sites to start becoming the porn police and telling me I shouldn’t watch certain types of porn as those sex acts are not healthy in real life, it’s bad enough with the credit card companies already effectively banning perfectly legal porn as it doesn’t comply with their own moral code. I’d rather have a huge spectrum of different types of scenes to pick and choose from.

I may be totally misunderstanding what you are suggesting but it has me a little concerned, I’m not going to lie.

I think it's more about what the site and VR can potentially be (now and in the future), especially as it compares to the current stigma often associated porn. Right now despite how great or mind-blowing or impressive the content and tech is, 9/10 people's reaction will be: "meh, so it's porn".

It's 2022 and we're basically living in "the future" with technologies that people have pretty much dreamed about for forever. And maybe somewhere in there, there's the possibility that Virtual Reality (and even VR porn) can be used for the better, and that general health & sexual wellness could be a part of that.

But as I often have to disclaim, this is just my personal interpretation of everything.

I am a big fan of the site, but I dont think anyone is going to be fooled by rebranding - Everyone knows what is being offered when they subscribe to the site - I think you have to ask yourself "does it pass the mom test?" - Is it going to be something you explain to your mom and say "its ok mom, its a sexual wellness site" and she agrees with you?

catflap so far we don't have even a slight evidence of anything like that being featured on SLR. I can't imagine anything like that happening in our eco-system. Why would anyone do that if you have a sound market available at reasonable prices? And if any of that happens you have twitter at your immediate disposal.

Things changed a lot over time. VR standards is way above flat porn. You can think of VR as the next level which is yet to become a global mainstream product. With such a strong foundation I highly doubt we will ever witness a major abuse or harassment unless some few exceptions within statistical expectations which we will be quick to address.

SLR took a number of stands and principal decisions over time. No one here is interested to mess things up what is expected to be something exceptionally great.
