The issue is related to our website, but not on our end. In this sense, yes the issue is with SLR, we just can't fix it, Epoch and their partners on the other end have to solve this. I've heard it's close to being available again though, assuming everything goes well and the tests are OK.
Unless you're being transferred to Epoch's technical support, there is not much else Epoch's customer support can tell you. I highly doubt they'll transfer you to technical support for this though 😉
