      I see there are multiple threads of people mentioning trying this over time and wanting a US based payment processor. Just wanted to add that I picked up a prepaid visa gift card and tried signing up using all the payment processors. It took a while to fill out and try each one and they all declined including the Paypal one with the prepaid visa.

      US prepaid visa works on most other VR sites like BadoinkVR, VRCosplay, 18VR, POVR premium, NaughtyAmericaVR. The reason it works is the US prepaid visa/mastercards are for you US purchases only.

      The only way it would work is if SLR had a payment processor that was US based that they added. They could add one of the same ones the above use to resolve it and take more orders like this.

      If they don't want to, another way around this would be to use paygarden.com as a payment option. There are a few VR sites that accept it and they let you register with a store gift card like Best Buy, Walmart, etc. You can pick those up at stores or buy a digital gift card number online to then activate your account. Paygarden would be a nice additional payment option.

        Still 7 Days im trying to top up my Acc via Paysafe or EC Card. Nothing works on Epoch. Last month i had this issure for 10days. I tried it every day since my Premium Acc ended. Pls help me to top up my acc. The Message is in german.
        Ihre Kreditkarte wurde abgelehnt, versuchen Sie es bitte mit einer anderen Karte. It says that my Credit Card is not valid and i should use another card. But im trying Paysafe or EC and not a Credit Card.

                  Rakly3 No i didnt could charge anything. I used this Payment method over a year but since 2 month there are big issures and i have big probs with top up. Epoch support didnt helped me at all.

                        My prepaid master i been using for years with epoch on many vr sites got declined when i tried to purchase a monthly sub, i had money but it just kept declining...

                        I called the prepaid card support to find out what the hell, it came down to ..."mastercard was no longer taking purchases for "these kinda transaction" im guess they mean "porn sites" thats what i was told...

                        But Lords hook me up with the paypal method...

                        So i had a paypal account i never use and link up the same prepaid master card i was trying to use to my paypal and purchased the sub threw paypal and it went threw 👍

                        so take that mastercard! u still took a transaction of my own money for my fap session, ha ha ha (evil laugh)

                        Sadly tho, imafraid they "mastercard" will get rid of this loophole oneday. ☹😭

                          I just get this message if i try to pay for a 30day subscription (only one that accepts giropay for me) :
                          "There has been a problem with this request. (Invalid Merchant Id)." And the crap Support from Epoch ofc said they dont know anything about that and

                            Hallo, I have similiar issues as described above.
                            I've payed for Premium via Paysafecard on Saturday but after I entered the Pin code and clicked on the continue button, I was transfered to an error message website.
                            Unfortunatly the balance on the Paysafecard shows that the money was charged from EPOCH but didn't received the Premium entry...
                            Already contacted the support but haven't received an answer since more than 24h. Is there a bigger problem?

                            I still can’t buy anything from SLR (paysafe). I contacted Epoch and they told me the issue is not with them so I contacted SLR and Tony told me no the problem is at Epoch. So I decided to create a new account on SLR so I can choose a other payment option (ideal). And this does not work either. So I have now 2 accounts and can’t buy anything.. I wish someone could help me to fix this problem. But it seems like no one has a answer and no one wants to make money..

                              Try making a paypal account and add ur card u been trying to use into paypal as ur payment option

                              Then when u try to get ur sub click on pay with paypal

                              Thats what i had to do, its a loophole...

                                  Vrsumo2017 It did not work for me unfortunately. I think they changed it to only creditcard. Do you know other websites with INTERACTIVE VR MOVIES where you still can pay with paysafe or other methods. Slr is the best website but if I can’t subscribe its worthless..

                                        The issue is related to our website, but not on our end. In this sense, yes the issue is with SLR, we just can't fix it, Epoch and their partners on the other end have to solve this. I've heard it's close to being available again though, assuming everything goes well and the tests are OK.

                                        Unless you're being transferred to Epoch's technical support, there is not much else Epoch's customer support can tell you. I highly doubt they'll transfer you to technical support for this though 😉

                                          Well had to swap for my new MasterCard because the last one was out of date and worked fine here for months/years. Seems like none of the available payement method works for me now ... Epoch, Verotel, Paypal ... no issues anywhere else as I had to do the same for many subscriptions during the week.

                                          Not sure the issues are resolved.
