So is it ok to make any purchases like scripts at this point in time??
EPOCH PAYMENTS ISSUE July 29-30-31

Hi again every one. Sorry for the delay! I was absent yesterday.
My understanding is that there has been opted during my absence to process the payments that hadn't been refunded yet and these payments and purchases have been added to user accounts.
Today while doing a randomized check I did however stumble on accounts that have been processed, yet still should get a refund or partial refund as they were either overcharged or double charged. We'll be going over the accounts one by one to find these. If you are one of these accounts feel free to let us know as I have no way to make 100% sure we have found every single affected account.
EDIT: Seems like there are still accounts that have not been credited nor refunded. I'm checking each and every affected account we know of. If you have not received a single email from us yet about this issue, please let us know as we might not be aware of your account being affected!
I can’t watch premium videos but when I try to upgrade to premium it says I already have premium. Any ideas?
porn101 Yes. This means you still have an active subscription but isn't paid. If you contact us via support@sexlikereal.com with your account email or username we can take a closer look.

Another Update.
Many users have been refunded and/or gotten their purchase added to their account. Many still have to be processed. We keep finding accounts so please contact us if you haven't already! Epoch support seems to be more aware of the issue by now.
Even though we'd prefer every one to let us handle this in a structured manner we do understand many also want to check with Epoch after waiting and waiting. Please if you do contact them, make clear this is about a known payment processing incident on 07/29 - 07/30 - 07/31 to avoid getting banned! I've seen it happen with a couple users this week. Especially when going through PayPal resolve center make this clear!
Overcharges
We are 99.99% sure we found all $100 and $500 overcharges now. A complete list if these has been sent to Epoch last night (Friday Aug 6)
TOP-UPS
All top-ups should get processed and be added to your balance. If you made multiple top-up attempts and want some of them refunded (because you only intended to top-up once for example) Please let us know after the funds have been added to your account balance. - As long they have not been added I can't refund them yet.
Double payments
We made a list of transactions for Epoch to be refunded and which ones to be added to your account. Since this procedure is done completely by going every payment and account one by one, this is prone to have (human) errors. On top of that, aside from us making the list by hand, Epoch now has to go over these one by one too.
The purchased item is added to your account and the double charges are refunded.
The issue is considered resolved.The item has not been added to your account but all payments are refunded.

Update for the $100 payments.
Most of them have now been partially refunded but the premium access was terminated while doing so. We'll add the missing days back to these accounts shortly.
$100 payments that were fully refunded will not get Premium access re-added.

UPDATE for double charge video and script purchases.
Should get fixed for all affected users tomorrow!
Everything should be refunded for every one. The refunds of the double charge has removed the purchased items from the accounts.
Example:
You bought a video for $4.99 on July 30.
You were charged 2x $4.99
We refunded 1x $4.99
then in all likelihood the video will again be missing from your account.
Since this didn't happen to other payments (subs/tokens/...) I was pretty sure this would also have worked fine for videos and script purchases. I was wrong.
We'll see if there is something we can do to fix this in an efficient way, but for now, please check your account if your purchases are missing or not. Feel free to contact us again through support. Thanks!
Not sure if this is the place but been trying to get an account with a script bundle. Tried everything to give you money througg Epoch different credit cards, paypal account. It keeps declining my payments. And my bank says it's not them. Would be great if this got fixed.

Is there still an issue with epoch ? I tried to get premium ( 30 day one time payment). After filling in my datas at epoch there was an error message from epoch and I don´t know if the payment is done or not. And I can´t download the vids.....

Nightprowler696 Did you get an email from Epoch with a purchase confirmation?
It has a Member ID and Transaction ID (Don't post them here)
If so, please contact us on support@sexlikerea.com and include those two ID's.
If you didn't then the payment most likely didn't go through. You can still contact us to double check.
I bought premium with Paysafecard but didn't receive it, why?

There seems to be an issue with paysafecard payments. Sadly this is out of our hands. I suggest contacting Epoch directly with all the payment information you have.
