Agreed, as for now lowering contrast and brightness helps me.
If I just have my desktop monitor on I'll lower the con and bright very low and it looks like sex in a dark room.
One thing I like to do is use this flashlight I have, its a stick light, I guess for mechanics but it's bright as fuck so I'll place it on a dresser, face it towards me. This gves me a better image with the pt but the bright as light in the bg makes me feel like I'm on a porn set .
Use them set lights if you want better quality with the pt. It also looks kinda crazy too cuz the light looks like it's reflecting on the models but actually it's the actual studio light on set reflecting on the model, looks crazy.
