Scripted videos do not activate Onyx+ with Quest 3s

I have a Quest 3s and an Onyx+. I was able to connect the devices to each other on the DeoVR app, but the scripts do not activate any movement of the toy.
Any suggestions?

Do you get any 'hello' activated strokes upon first connection of your onyx+ to the Quest 3S?
Can you check if manual toy mode works in Deovr? (haptics toy tab in right hand side additional settings menu when you click pause while watching a video
Also try adjusting the toy intensity/range settings for your toy in the same menu while your toy is still connected and active

No. The toy shows me connected in DeoVR, but when it connects to the viewer I get no signal

I also report that with haptic connect it works, but not with Bluetooth connection

Just double checking - Do you have an active SLR Premium and Scripts Bundle Subscription and the latest DeoVR app version?

When you mention "I also report that with haptic connect it works, but not with Bluetooth connection" - what do you specifically mean by that?

The only way the Onyx+ is able to connect is via bluetooth connection

Does your Onyx+ work with scripted videos through the old Haptics Connect app on your phone method?

For KIIROO ONYX+ Users ONLY:

It's required to first pair the Onyx+ directly with your device's Bluetooth by going to your device main settings -> scan for new devices -> Select your Onyx+ from the list to pair it with your device.

If your Onyx+ keeps blinking RED and stopping movement, just increase your Onyx+ Speed setting several points above 10 in the toy specific settings until the red blinking stops, then start decreasing that setting number to find the border for your device"

Hi,
I followed the instructions in the guide. I confirm that the application sees the connected toy, but the scripts do not cause any movement, although the light is blue. I tried with the haptics connect app and everything works with that
