This of course is not just a non-reason but also simply not true, so many examples where goods are sold in kilo's. There's no reason why you could not do this with SLR. I mean why are you charging extra for high quality downloads? If it's a bandwith thing, then it would only be fair to charge on GB's right?
Of course I'm not in a position to tell you how to charge your clients, that's up to you. But I can only say it doesn't feel fair, supporting you guys with a lifetime and then getting hit extra on top of this for seemingly not a good reason.
I mean you guys are going to film anyway in 16k and then down sample that. So then what's the difference between a client downloading 1 60gb clip instead of 6 10 gb clips? There's no extra cost for you guys or am I missing something?
