We were told to wait until monday and we got no news. Is it really unreasonable to expect an answer at the ETA?
Mind you, I think I've been pretty cordial in all my exchanges with you guys, sorry if it didn't come across as such but it's not just a little money and since fresh accounts get to have the deal, it makes no sense for us, loyal paying customers, to get screwed over like this.
I should be the one upset, here. I know you're known for "snapping back" and the attitude, Doublevr, but I'm really not trying to start shit. I just want What I know I can get for my money and not overpay because of technical issues.
