Lifetime upgrade not giving option with scripts

That was what the mail said and now I gone and paid for lifetime premium without script like some kind of fucking idiot. I feel like I was scammed.

I also hate that our timezones are so incompatible I have to wait a full day between interactions.

Can I get a 30$ voucher to make up for the inconvenience? so that it's 100$ more than the lifetime I got and thus, the upgrade at 399? Which is what I wanted to begin with an ended up paying for the 299 upgrade because of the mail.
Its fucking stupid that these guys have to go through the same BS I suffered through 2 years ago.
SLR needs to integrate the option to cancel a Scripts sub at any time.
While it would be nice, refunding/prorating time left on a canceled sub would be ripe for abuse so it would be understandable if that wasn't a builtin option. However, if the user clearly went the LT upgrade route, SLR could, at the very least, throw some SLR Bucks at the user to lube the butthurtedness.

We were told to wait until monday and we got no news. Is it really unreasonable to expect an answer at the ETA?
Mind you, I think I've been pretty cordial in all my exchanges with you guys, sorry if it didn't come across as such but it's not just a little money and since fresh accounts get to have the deal, it makes no sense for us, loyal paying customers, to get screwed over like this.
I should be the one upset, here. I know you're known for "snapping back" and the attitude, Doublevr, but I'm really not trying to start shit. I just want What I know I can get for my money and not overpay because of technical issues.
I guess I'll just wait for now.

AlexSLR Hmmm, that's a great deal but it wasn't there for me when I renewed my scripts during black friday. Feels kind of like a bummer I didn't get this deal because the button didn't work.
