anordr I'm constantly being signed out on DeoVR today, not sure if it's a site issue or an app issue. One time I literally was signed out as soon as I finished typing the code to sign in.

I'm not saying this has happened to you - but we are only allowed 2 concurrent sign ins and if someone has you login details and they sign in this could make your current login redundant and sign you out.

Maybe look in to changing your password just to be on the safe side.

Also the developers are possibly working on the website and may need to log us out to make an update live.

Also if you go to your account and look at settings - you can see you current logins that are live.

These are just guesses 🙂

Login sessions expiring across new website, DeoVR, and Hub. Challenges logging in.

Attempting to login to new website (Firefox latest version) result in "Something went wrong. Try again later."

On Quest 3 with DeoVR 15.1.3422 clicking the sign in button results in the below error popping to the foreground:

Managed to work around it to attempt login but "Code" repeatedly fails with expired code message.
Login with username/password results essentially the same "G is an invalid" error message:

Attempted to use Quest 3 builtin browser to visit SLR Hub but login would not complete.

Using the old website (Firefox) appears to be fine.

Same problem here. Cannot login on Firefox, Chrome, Edge and Quest 3 in DeoVR. I get the exact same error code.

Getting somethings gone wrong. When signing in on Chrome.
Getting my username or password is wrong on Opera. Verified and reset password, and issue continues.

Noticed a problem today when watching some videos in DeoVR that it won’t let me go back in the scene by nudging the thumbstick to the left. It works fine going forward but not backwards. Quest 3 user and everything up to date as far as I’m aware on the app and the headset. Seems to affect the third party scenes more than SLR Originals.

Hello,
I have downloaded the latest meta quest 3 OS update v81 and the latest deovr app version 15.1 as of today 10-31-25. However I noticed the hz version options in the video settings of a sample 120fps video still only includes h265 60 or AV1 60. Is there a way to update to an options to stream av1 120?

Why are all the videos i've purchased that were from studios that have left slr removed form my purchases?
Even the scripts are gone.
