Been having issues with DeoVR connection speeds in the past couple of weeks, to the point where DeoVR doesn't really work. e.g., categories menu doesn't load. Everything was great before that.
Everything works fine on a desktop browser and within the Quest3 browser.
Speed tests show:
Desktop - 158mbps
Quest3 Browser - 51mbps
DeoVR - can't connect 50% of the time, 12mbps when it can
Sent in a support request with everything and after some back and forth was told "check with your ISP". Did that, and there are no restrictions on their end.
Who can I contact to get some help with this?
