quidnunc speaking of HereSphere please look into copying its video drag functionality. It's better than the drag in DeoVR both to adjust and also seems more degrees of freedom

I suggested that a while back, hs drag images moves slower and smoothly like a camera , deovr drag images moves faster. I debated this and now i would suggest maybe options to pick the speed it moves, hs is great but sometimes I feel it moves to slow, but I really like how it moves. But I agree...do something to the drag image. 👍

      Iskalla Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the playlist experience. I'd love to understand more about what feels clunky or unresponsive. Could you describe specific areas where the UI might feel difficult to use or where responsiveness could be improved? Any examples would be great

          1. Opening the Playlists on the left is bad. It does not look like a separate element from the rest of the sidebar items. You can't even tell that you can scroll it.
          2. When I save a video to a Playlist there's about 1-2 seconds of delay for the UI to show the selected state. And because you have to press the radio button with the trigger, you sometimes drag the list unintentionally, not selecting the button.
          3. When you select a Playlist on the left, instead of marking it as selected with a color or something, all other playlists disappear.

                  damson please tell me this new app will provide the ability to view others' Playlists without first saving them using my PC!!!

                    Some of these requests are confusing. What is the demarc between the player (DeoVR, Hyper) and the website? I get that the layouts of deovr.com and sexlikereal.com are very similar when viewed with DeoVR, but is that because of the player? Or is it the site/webapp code?

                      Can we please at least get DeoVR fixed to remember the point in the video to restart playing from for local files? It's been broken for many months and many releases (but still exists into the latest 14 release) and it's terribly annoying.

                        would you consider reinstating DeoVR's Christmas 2022 environment one more time before its phased out? thanks 🙂

                        Will it be possible to get an apk of the new app to sideload? Yall use to do this with the old SLR app. If you download from the meta store the app stays on your device forever. I like to sideload and remove the app entirely when my family comes over and wants to play games on it. Why I prefer to download and use Heresphere

                          ograncho I think you might find the "PIN protection" feature of the DeoVR app useful. It should save you all the hassle of sideloading each time you need to go stealth. Give it a try.

                          The option to activate it should be in Settings -> Privacy -> PIN protection.

                            Wait, what about other non Meta/Apple/Android/iOS like Reverb G2? Once phased out I can't access legacy DeoVR while Hyper not supported?

                              I would love it if you consider trying to improve video quality/ bitrate on the new app.
                              I get better quality/ bitrate streaming 8k videos on Youtube. Maybe the AV1. Codec will help.
