adinihsan just to make sure, as you said you were not logged out from the last session, does this problem still persist? How ofter are you logged out?

      Kieshi Every day, I said I wasn't logged out of a currently running session like @SchnuppiLilac

      I'm pretty sure its because incognito logins count towards the 3x devices each time seperately.
      If DeoVR could save the login details its not an issue.

          Kieshi Quest 2. Whatever the latest is. Still logs out daily. Yes, I’m logging in on my phone too. This is a new issue from the past few weeks.

            adinihsan so your setup is Quest 2, DeoVR app 14.1.2305 and you are using incognito mode when entering SLR on the web, correct?

                Kieshi not using incognito - using Safari on my iPhone. Still happens daily. I also had it randomly log me out with headset on yesterday midstream.

                  Yeah I'm getting singed out constantly too. Really annoying and didn't used to happen until somewhar recently. I use the site on my mobile, quest 3 DeoVR, desktop and laptop if that matters. Used to use it on DeoVR steam sometimes too but not so much anymore.

                        Kieshi To make people's lives a little easier, would it be possible to exclude headsets (or at least one main device that can be defined in the user profile) from this procedure? Signing in again in browsers on phones or computers is not a big deal but in the app it's annoying.

                            It’s annoying to have on any device. It’s bad enough I have to sift through a dozen popups to get to the actual page that matters on iPhone, but literally no important service out there has a “log me out if I open this more than once on another device.” function.

                            Imagine the irritation of dealing with all of your social media accounts and email across multiple devices and having to deal with this. Now imagine you have to deal with it typing in on an app that (yay! Great idea!) doesn’t save your PW and you have to type using a VR handset.

                            The only reason for this level of security is for people who want it to opt IN to - not to make it mandatory. I’m not worried about someone stealing my headset and watching my porn.

                            It be saying I'm logged out but my videos are playing full videos. Glitch I guess 🤷‍♂️

                            As I understand there's no current "on service" issue that would cause any forced log out.

                            Instead there seem to be some user specific cases we try to figure out.
                            For security purposes we have limited the number of logged headsets for one account. So if you are trying to log in from multiple devices including multiple headsets, smartphone, iPad, desktop, laptop some devices might be logged out.

                            Still streamlining the logic to deliver the best experience for a legit users. There is a bunch of bad asses around that are making life hard with hacking and stuff that we have to fix

                            Keep reporting. Make sure you use Quest 3/3s/2 headset with the latest DeoVR 14.1 on it.

                              doublevr but it’s not working like that. I have 1 headset and I only access it from 1 phone. If I walk in the back room right now and turn the headset on I’m 100% sure I’d be logged out again. So if that’s what you mean by “multiple devices” or “multiple headsets” it’s not working as intended. I don’t have “multiple” of anything. I have 2 total.

                                  diwanga Hi, I can pass this on to the team to check out, could you please let me know your headset, version of the app you use (Meta/Steam) and version of the app that is installed?

                                      Still having this issue.

                                      Please just add an option in Deo to save login details, seems like an easy fix.

                                      diwanga Three weeks ago I had the same problem as you (being signed out in the middle of it) but for me it seems to have stopped after the fix was released two weeks ago. So maybe worth exploring why this hasn't worked for you.
